Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was good. Service was alright. They were super understaffed and only had one waitress when I went. She tried so hard to keep up with everything. I did wait 10 minutes for an alcoholic beverage when multiple other were getting served as soon as they sat down.
Will be back though.

Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in ages. This place used to be decent, but today was a mess from start to finish. We waited over an hour for food that showed up lukewarm and totally underwhelming. Not a single person at our table was impressed—and that’s saying something. Meanwhile, the staff seemed perfectly content standing around and chatting with each other while the dining room was full of people still waiting to eat. It was like they forgot they were running a restaurant, not a social club. Huge letdown, and honestly, I won’t be back anytime soon.

Staff does not want to work and keeps walking out on people and the manager is part of the problem

Andrea was amazing and got it out to me quick amazing food and good waitress ;
She deserves a raise and a place in management that kind of customer service is rare and she hit it out the ballpark

Normally I am really pleased with the service i receive from applebee's but not this time, not this day, Or not this evening. I've had an exceptionally bad 2 days. My brother offered to buy me dinner😁

It was due to be picked up curb at 8:36. By 8:55 he went inside to find out the delay. It still wasn't ready nor even close.

He sat for 20 more minutes and had also went back inside. Ironically they weren't even busy and they were well staffed. He even gave a $5 tip but upon arriving back the food was totally cold (7 min drive) and the portions were super small . Thrown together. $44 bucks $5 tip and an nearly hour wait while parked there. Cold food. Between 8:36 pm and 9:22 pm. No thanks. Im looking forward to the Asian Buffet coming soon! Good luck!

Horrible service, didn't get our food for over an hour and the waitress wouldn't even check in on us till we flagged her down to ask where our food was. 2nd visit now that we've had issues with our food not being entered in for the kitchen

Had some good half price apps, wings and beer!

I've had a 8 ounce steak. The portion was really small, so we stopped at Subway to get a foot long.
