Applebee's Grill + Bar

Okay, so I've been a customer (several times) and I also do delivery from this location. The food is always a hit or miss when eating here. I've had a *few* good, fresh, hot meals but nothing worth raving about. Now when it comes to me delivering from here, I've sat so long for so many orders I had to "reassign" most orders im assigned to from here. They literally don't care about those customers... the one girl that runs the side door is always sweet, and kind but the gentleman you guys have there, is rude and acts like he doesn't want to help me and that I'm a huge inconvenience for him.

Food is cold and not cooked . Fries not crispy like usual and not hot fries. Usually their food is good . Not a good night for the kitchen apparently. The white queso super super soupy and cold and very not good at all and the chip taste out dated and bland and hard .

Post-Covid - In our small town - it's the only bar/restaurant open after 9:00pm!

Parking: Plenty parking in their lot or behind the place.

This is a horrible Applebee's location. I should have known better than going in after hearing a departing patron say the air outside (which wasn't too fresh) smelled better than the food tasted. He was 100% spot on. Unqualified wait staff, understaffed, and quite trashy. One order was completely wrong, our bills were all messed up, and our wait time was almost an hour and a half before receiving our entrée. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Kid-friendliness: everyone loves babies here. Kinda loud for babies though. I think we will try again when they are not so busy or short staffed otherwise everything else was great.

We have gone to this Applebee's several times for several years. Both food and service are hit and miss. We've most recently done carside to go and food has been less than good. I've asked for condiments that weren't there.
I did call restaurant the last 2 times- once for the Bourbon chicken withshrimp- shrimp was over cooked. The Manager actually said we will compensate you for the shrimp- about $4! I have NEVER only paid $4 for 6 shrimp! Just crazy.
We did go there about a week ago- dine in for 6 of us- we waited about 30 minutes for a table- they were short staffed. Food and service was very good a this visit

I came in tonight to order a entree to go, and have a salad and a drink while waiting for my to go order. I have to work early tomorrow, and didn't feel like cooking.

The bartender refused to wait on me at the bar. Told me, "she wasn't prepared to take my order" and that "I needed to order from the to go staff" in the corner". Someone needs to go back to customer service 101 training.

Since when can you not place an order at the bar, and have a drink and salad while you are waiting for your to go order?

Absolutely unprofessional and entitled attitude. The bartender missed out on a $10 tip on a to go order. Piss poor customer service.

Foods gone drastically down hill. Their bourbon steak has been a favorite of mine for 20 years. This last time my girlfriend and I both got steaks and neither of us could chew hardly any of it. Very disappointing to say the least.
