Since the lady at the Counter just brushed off my comment about this icemaker. I figured This might get some attention. Don’t get ice in your drink at Arby’s here in Three Rivers, or anywhere the ice maker looks like this. Someone is not doing their job. Food was good, but it grosses me out, What else isn’t getting serviced properly?

As we walked in there were several employees cleaning. Everyone was busy, the shift manager, I think his name was Kori, was an all star. Food was quick and hot. I ordered the wrong thing and was willing to pay for the new item and they said no and took care of it. Above and beyond, well done Three Rivers Arbys!

30 mins before close on Saturday , sat at drive thru for 5 mins ,no one answered , called and sat at drive thru , drove around the workers in they car waiting to leave.

Dear Arbys,
I spent 14 dollars for lunch today. My fry container was not full, my sandwich was small. This happens nearly every time I eat here. For the price paid, I am not happy still being hungry after eating. The meals here are not a value, since you pay the price of a sit down restaurant meal, but get the portion of an appetizer. I think I'll be eating elsewhere.

At first, I felt bad for pulling in at 11:30pm. I’ve worked in restaurants and I know it stinks when someone comes the end. but then the closing manager explained they were completely out of beef. Given the fact that is what Arby’s is known for, I was obviously disappointed I couldn’t get my regular beef and cheddar.
I was told only brisket was available was brisket. I’ve had smokehouse brisket in the past. It’s always decent but as you can see in the photos, I did not get a brisket.

Perfect in Three Rivers

I thought the staff working here were great. We placed a complicated order and gave it to them in a confusing way. They still got it almost perfect! And, after realizing a slight mistake, they not only fixed that quickly but also gave us an extra shake to make up for it. Also, I rather clumsily fumbled that shake since my hands were full, spilling some of the whipped cream on top. I appreciated that they were patient about that.

Food was great as always. Service was quick and polite. Remodel is nice but leaves inside of restaurant almost bare. There are just a few tables and so much open space you expect to hear an echo.
