:-( It's sad how corporate greed can destroy a good name like Burger King. 0 investment into the restaurant, no leadership or real management. Just greed. Give me the $$$. The building is gross, your hand sticks the the door hand, The door windows are dirty, your feet stick to the floor. And the employees are to bizzy playing around to do there jobs from lack of leadership.
Three rivers BK where braking up. After about 30 years of loving your food I can no longer deal with your nasty restaurant. I'm so sad. You have dune this to yourself with substandard work ethic and Greed. Three Rivers mi.

Edit: I have also had a few very good experiences with the drive through food/staff even night shift, but a few months ago I had my debit card numbers stolen by an older lady working the evening shift. Now either have to use cash, go inside, or not go at all.
Original Review: Pop machine was broken, floors were wet and dirty, staff wasn't very friendly or professional, and the vegetables weren't fresh

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru, food was cold and soggy by time I got to window. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me.
Got my food covered in condiments nasty you can't even pick it up never coming back

Horrible experience,, Tall big guy working there,was in the Bathroom literally for 45 min, knocked never said anything, came out yelling at our family.other Employees were very nice .May 6th 2025..4:45pm

The place is old and not dirty people complain too much. Things fade as they get old. But the managers are working hard to build the team and you can see it. The food was good the fries fresh. Got my sauces no issue. Great team and they deserve more
