We arrived at 7:11 and placed an order for two concrete mixers. The order was not prepared until 7:30, and only after I went inside to inquire, as our order had been misplaced. During that time, two orders placed after ours were completed while there were no customers ahead of us. Although an apology was offered, no further explanation was provided. Had I not gone inside to follow up, we likely would have continued waiting.

Making another review about this place, I was giving this culvers 1 last chance after they made me wait over an hour last time I was there, this time I got my food in a timely manner but the chicken sandwich that I received is inedible it chewy like a piece of rubber very disappointed

We were in there waiting for cash register though because I need help in the front. well instead of the girl asked who was here first I was there before anybody else in line she goes to the white guy that would’ve been back of me and took his order first, so I left

Food is not bad. BUT. As a bus driver bringing 50+ customers to your restaurant, most restaurants happily supply the bus driver with a complimentary meal. But not this place. My 50+ paying customers will be eating elsewhere until this Culver’s changes their policy and stops being so cheap.

Went to the drive thru 11-4-25 , around 5pm The female employee taking our order was rude, very short, as if she totally had no patience taking the order, I was ordering for my son, he was telling me what he wanted on his burger and I was relaying to the employee. I decided to go in for his order, asked for a manager and told her of her snotty, rude behavior

I hardly ever come to Culver's because of how expensive it is, but when I place an order, and it says it'll be ready at 5:15, and it's 5:35 and I'm calling because I shouldn't wait for more than 10 without atleast being acknowledged. This has happened Everytime where I respond to the email, and text, wait over 20 minutes and have to call just to have someone walk right outside with my cold food.
