Was seated last Friday. Waited for over 20 minutes for waiter/tress. No one ever came to table, even through 4 staff members stood around at waitress desk chit chatting and scrolling on phones… several waitresses walked by, looked at our table but said nothing didnt offer anything….
Better fire them and start off fresh w people who will work
I had such a great experience! The service was awesome, and our bartender, Carlee was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing. Definitely one of the best bartenders I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back because of her! Even though the weather was bad the service made it better
We had a great time at hanks ! The bartender was super friendly and our waitress Carly knocked it out of the park. Gave great suggestions and was really nice. 😊. We will be back ! The pulled pork nachos and steak bites were fantastic !

Hank's Tavern on the River is worth the drive! The grilled chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and unique mac n cheese are must-tries. Service is excellent, and the deep-fried mushrooms are the best. A clean restaurant with friendly staff, it's now a favorite spot for many. The patio overlooking the river offers a great atmosphere, and gluten-free options are available. The monster plate of nachos and great beers are crowd-pleasers, with TVs showing a good mix of games. Weekend nights may have a wait, but the service remains great. The big salad with steak is enough to get you full, and the cod basket with crisp fries is really good. The staff worked together well, even when it was busy, and the drinks are robust. This is one of the spots where you're immediately comfortable as soon as you walk in.
