After ordering and paying for my sandwiches I asked for the promotion (free chips and drinks after 2 pm. They told me that because I didn't ask for it while ordering that it didn't apply to me. Since I am the paying customer they should have automatically asked me. I will never visit a Jimmy John's again. Subway here I come

Absolutely amazing service. The atmosphere and energy coming from the workers here have been exquisite. This location is one of my favorites of all time. Lately I have been making my way through menu and there hasn’t been a sandwich that I haven’t liked. They have all been made perfectly the way I’ve asked it to be made each and every time.

Good sandwich. They are overpriced for what you get. I paid extra for cheese, as it did not come with cheese.
Every time I order a pickles I end up with a whole pickle or a half a pickle when all I want was a spear and they charge me $1.88 for a whole pickle. I did not want not happy about that. or they’ll give me pickle slices to put on my sandwich. It’s not what I wanted. Not happy about that.

How ever, every single time i go to the three rivers michigan location to pick up an order, im told it'll be 30-60 minutes because they ran out of bread...typically i wait, however i was pressed for time and starving on my recent order. i went in to pick up my order and im met with "hey man, im sorry were out of bread do you want a refund?" i agreed so i could go else where. called today to ask when ill be getting it and just got met with "ill check on it and let you know later today"note to staff... if youre seeing your bread run low, or a lot of orders come in, start makign bread at that point, dont wait until youve run outEDIT: STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY REFUND, GOING ON 3 WEEKS LATER

I normally wouldn’t make a negative review if I don’t have to, but in this case, with it being the 2nd time in the last couple of months… I feel like it’s necessary.So what’s going on in this picture is bacon is almost $5 to add on to your sub, and there’s no bacon on my sub. I paid for it, and these subs aren’t cheap. The employees are not taking their time to review the order, and ensure that everything is on the sub.I get it, mistakes happen.. I worked in food for 10+ years, but in order to ensure customer satisfaction… the #1 thing you need to do is make sure the food is satisfactory. You can’t do that if you’re not repeating back the order, and if you’re not reading the food ticket properly in the kitchen.About a month or so ago, I had the same scenario happen to me except it was 3 different items, and I had chips missing from the same bag.. Which I didn’t realize until I got home.Most of the time I don’t check until I get home, and I shouldn’t have to when 1 sub, chips, and a drink are $30+I don’t know, the subs are extremely overpriced, the service is not that good, and I like Jimmy John’s.. So all around I’m disappointed with this location.All you need to do is make sure everything is on the sub and make sure all items are in the bag. That would be great. Thank you..

They were really great at first even though they were kind of slow but the last time we were there they were completely out of bread, really rude, then when I got my unwich the meat and the Avocado were both rotten and made me throw up immediately. We went to arbys next door and found out that one their employees and her boyfriend just had one like that too and ended up getting food poisoning.
