Go inside and ask to see the chicken before paying for your order. I ordered at the drive thru, paid, and pulled forward as directed. My order was brought out. I checked my order before leaving because I don't live in town. The chicken was a Dark brown and crunchy looking. It was almost like it was burnt or refried. I went to the drive-thru speaker and let them know I would be pulling to the window. As soon as I pointed out the condition of the chicken, I was told no refunds, and basically, it is what it is. I could have Extra crispy or keep what they gave me. I took the crispy but did not appreciate the attitude when it is them serving subpar products to customers that work hard for their money and expect the quality of product that use to come along with the KFC name. SO DON'T make a final purchase before you see what you are getting!

Came through heading home from shipshewana. We pulled up and ordered 3 meals. The person taking order was very rude , the person taking money was really rude. The guy giving us our food was so so. 2 of us got sick off food. Never will we be back. Stay clear of this fast food joint

Service was fast but the chicken was very greasy it had been 8 months since my last visit thought I would give them another try it is by far the greasiest chicken I have ever had do not recommend you are not given any condiments no butter or honey for your biscuit apparently you must ask the soda machines must be turned down because root beer does not taste like root beer I will never return again I do not suggest going here

The chicken was surprisingly good for fast food. Very moist and flavorful. The biscuits were very dry and there was no honey or anything to put on them. The employees were quite rude, so I would recommend taking your order to go, which is what we did. We were not given any utensils tho ready our sides with, which made it a bit of a challenge. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this location, but I did enjoy the chicken.

was at the KFC in 3rivers Michigan with & the rudest person waiting the window. I ordered thru the drive thru. only to be snapped at by the girl in the window several times telling me to drive away from the building with out a receipt. without food. then would not return my money. i figured the food would be wrong or worse. I left with the lemonade. as she would not take it back or return my money. the girl without a name. has a gap between her front upper 2 teeth. stated she was the manager. maybe she should of stayed home since she obviously did not WANT to be there today As IT IS memorial day 2023. I won't ever go there again she was rude. very rude. left without ! receipt because she did not give one and without 12 dollars worth of food. BUT BURGER KING DOWN THE ROAD WAS SERVING WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE. SO IT WAS A WHOPPER AND TO THE CEMETERY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 3RIVERS KFC. TIL THEY HAVE BETTER HELP..

The food 9x10 is amazing. The gentleman that took my order last time way very respectful so much service review does not reflect his service. There is a female employee there (maybe the manager) who is VERY VERY RUDE to her employees and to customers and I think this issue needs to be addressed with HR of this company as this isn't appropriate or professional.

Took 20 minutes for a basic order. No gravy on the mashed potatoes and barely any filling in the pot pie.
The service was terrible when I asked about details on a meal I was told to read the menu at the same time I was being rushed when the place was dead my famous bowl had a black piece of corn in it and when I asked for my biscuits they forgot the server practically threw them at me never going to this location again....

Terrible customer service. Employees don't even know thire own menu. Tried to get mad at me because they screwed up and charged me wrong. Tried to tell me that I needed to be more specific when ordering. I literally read the menu word for word. They wanted me to say special when no where on there menu did it say special she was threatening to call the cops because she didn't want to argue. All I wanted was to be charge correctly for the food I got.

1st time here and ordered a 12pc dinner. They only had enough for 8. I settled on tenders...18.99 for 8 pc tender...no meal just tenders and this is what I got. They were all burnt and rock hard. Crazy expensive.
