It's my first time in the city (I'm from an hour away) and I was getting services done around this area so decided to go here to wait. I specifically chose the smallest table in the corner and out of the way of customers. I set up an area and had earbuds in and instead of coming up to me to try to communicate, staff would yell at me from behind the counter or across the Cafe to ask if I wanted anything. (Obviously this took some time for me to notice as I *very noticeably* had earbuds in) Eventually I was told to leave despite being the only one there because I "wasn't paying" for their free wifi.
I understand that businesses have this right and i would have gladly given up my area if they had gotten busy, but where I'm from none of the cafes would even think of asking someone to leave unless they absolutely had to. Needless to say I wasn't impressed and it wasn't a good introduction to the city as a whole. Likely won't be coming back
Went to Starbucks instead, staff was welcoming, had nice conversations with other customers and spent money after staying for a bit
Super cute little coffee shop. I really enjoyed my butter pecan latte. I probably wouldn’t do the breakfast wrap again, but would love to try a waffle in the future! Staff was very friendly, and service was super quick! The individual I would assume is the owner seemed extremely sweet to everyone she spoke with.

Unique atmosphere
Came back and ordered the fresh fruit plate and the adjective was not correct for each fruit on the plate, sadly. Banana slices had dark spots, the strawberries looked as through they could have been discarded the day before and last but not least the watermelon had looked like it had been pre sliced the day before and was not crisp if you know what I mean. Cantaloupe was good, as well as the grapes.

This lovely, fun Cafe was recommended by Zoe from Hair Designs. The food was delicious and the place and outdoor seating was delightful. Very reasonable prices as well.

Highly recommend L.A. Cafe. Whenever we stop in Southwest, Michigan we have to stop at L.A. The service is amazing. Coffee is great, and I personally enjoy their breakfast wraps.

This place is absolutely adorable ♡ if I lived in this town this would be my "go to" Inside is so cozy, im guessing the outside will be much of the same, in summer, spring or fall! (Michigan winter time) I will have to comment that I didn't feel the warm "welcoming" fuzzies when we walked in the door, clearly not regulars here! I will be revisiting in the warmer months ?

I’ve lived in Three Rivers for my whole life, but I’ve never appreciated cafes until recently after traveling the world. I remember when this cafe opened. I never went as a child, and never thought of cafes as anything other than somewhere to study. I steered clear. After spending years away, and coming back to visit family, I was going down a long road of memories. Passing by I knew I had to stop by.Walking in I felt a sense of ease and peace. I was directed to the menu by Amy, and she took my order. I got the turtle mocha and a cinnamon roll. Found a cozy spot on the far side of the stairs. Amy brought me my order in a convenient amount of time. The atmosphere is open and homey. There are plants around enfolding the space with a busy but calming bustle about the cafe. After some time enjoying my cinnamon roll, I knew I had to write a review.I hope everyone in three rivers appreciates the subtleties of a good cafe. And anyone passing by from out of town, I hope you stop in to digest some escape from the world.
