Just got a hot and ready with no sauce burnt for over 10 dollars price seamed off and i get the worst pizza I ever had. Burnt no sauce just terrible wont be back.

Worst little Cesar’s ever second time waiting over 30 mins for food that I placed online 30 mins before pick up , first order the Caucasian man lost the order spent 10mins looking for it, second the lady put the order in as soon as I already arrived, literally got the in the oven text after she walked to the back. Then they had the nerve to put crumble cheese on half the pizza , it was no special request for that.

Deep dish pizza was good, reasonably priced, (under $15), pickup easy. I wish there was a tip option online or at least a tip jar at the location.

Called and hung up on 5 times. Got through to someone the 1st time they left me on hold for 10 minutes then up hung up, called back and waited for 20 minutes and hung up on me again, i was calling for the free pizza promised after they botched my whole order last time.

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered online and then drove over there and went in to see how long it would actually be (sometimes orders come out fast and sometimes not). After acting like I was bothering him the guy at the counter told me it wasn't even in the oven yet and repeated what time the app showed it would be done. I waited in my car and when the time came I went back inside. After waiting my turn the guy behind the counter asked for my name again (again acting like I was bothering him and acted that way towards others waiting too) then grabbed my order and put it in the portal and told me that it's in the portal. Then looked at me and said you have the code right. Then walked away and proceeded to ignore me. Very Rude and from now on I will make the drive to Schoolcraft or order Pizza Hut.

Ordered online. Completely wrong order, want us to bring the food all the way back to remake when it's 9 pm, with no concessions for the mistakes THEY made. So extra 30 minutes of drive time plus gas and not even a basic apology.

The location was very busy and overwhelmed the day we were there. I don't know if they were understaffed or just slammed, but they were really backed up. Food was still good but just very slow.
