They refuse to make a speciality Pizza 30 minutes before closing and saying they are only serving Hot and ready only. They lost a $50 order as a result. I've been to the ThreeRivers location twice in 4 years and it may be never before I return. The service quality was one of the worst experienced for little ceasers, both times we have went.

Absolutely terrible pizza. It was the worst experience I’ve had but I guess that’s what happens when you hire felons. Every time we go it’s always undercooked pizza, never any hot n ready. Pizza smelt terrible when it usuals smells delicious. Everything last night was just plain trash

Ordered some pizza this past Friday for pickup. They left two items out of the order. I called back a few different times with no answer. The staff at this establishment acted like they would rather take hot pokers in the eye rather than be there when I picked the pizza up. I was taking the order to another town over and didn't have the time to swing back for the missing items. I filled a survey out stating the issues and apparently corporate doesn't care either. I will never use this little ceasers again.

Last two online orders were 47min to over a hour past pick up time. The employees don't seem to care the lobby is backed up. They work at a pace slower than molasses in the winter time.

Don't bother ordering online. Food will not be ready when you get there. You'll be told it will be another 30-45 minutes and it still won't be ready. It's an ongoing problem- like years- nobody there seems to care.

Very bizzy so bizzy they couldn't keep snuff hot and readys or bread .but very friendly and they work hard to keep it moving. Though I was forgot it was worth the wait foe fresh crazzzybread

The last three times I have ordered from here the food has taken HOURS longer than the time given. Today I ordered food 45 mins out from when I wanted it for pickup. I get here and they say their systems are down. Then refuse any service are pushing people out the door saying oh well if we have it we have it if not oh well. Didn’t offer me anything but a refund then I just asked for my food and she wanted to tell me not to yell at her which I wasn’t all I wanted was the 32$ worth of food I ordered and paid. I will NEVER be returning here and this location should be shut down always some sort of excuse on why they haven’t been able to make your pizza in the allotted time. 0/10 recommend this place.
