Went there for the first time at age 57, because my mom told me to never go in there 40 years ago. Well, I went to meet a friend, and I have to say that this is one of the most Cheersiest of Cheersiest local bars. Loved the commeraderie, the unexpected Bingo, the fantastic smash burger and fries, and the friendliness of the people. I'm not saying that I want to be a bar fly, but if I did, this would be my bar. Looked at the activity board, and they have something fun going...
I absolutely love the rebirth of this roadie. Knotty pine, original cooler, not to be missed.

Old school bar. Basic menu. Old school prices. Down home locals bar. $5.50 burger cooked to order on the spot was fresh. I heard the chicken is good too, from the patrons. Friendly people, down to earth.
