The girls here are so sweet and friendly & provided me with great recommendations! The nicest Starbucks I have ever been to! Brother in law stopped for coffee, picked up a hot coco for my husband. My husband said it was the worst hot coco he's ever had, it tasted disgusting. So when I went to dump it, it was full of MOLD! How does that even happen, so nasty, I will never recommend someone ordering from the starbucks in three rivers, yall nasty!
Your rebuttal is awful, way to give a template response to a dissatisfied customer. You could have atleast been more personal with your response. Less than great drink.. seriously you gave me a moldy drink..less than great is comical just like your entire response to the issue. I'd give you 0 stars if I could!

Honestly usually always at Starbucks but the way the lady answered the phone and hung up was so rude. I'm sorry your store is sold out of everything I wasn't even mad just checking. Guess I'll go to Bigby for better service alone.

We ordered two food items. An egg white wrap (which was cold in the middle) and a double bacon sandwich. The double bacon sandwich was so poorly prepared and under cooked that we threw it away. The drinks were fine. Highly dissapointed ans likely will not be back.
