Excited to finally get a Starbucks close to our small town! BUT they are seriously always out of something!! Coconut milk is the main one the last month or so…and they are known for their pink drink, but can never make them!!! They’ve been out of white chocolate a lot, peppermint flavor/syrup. You name it, it’s constant! So frustrating!!!

I'm a coffee lover, and I like to treat other coffee lovers. A gift card or pay for someone elses order is one way I do it.

Please update your staffed hours. This store is dark and empty with multiple people trying to go inside - no signs or anything stating it’s closed or why.

Great batista staff, nice management, nice new environment. My only complaint is that they need to keep music lower, and play music that is conducive to people being able to sit and converse with out having to try to talk over the music, or just be able to have a peaceful cup of coffee while reading a book, or writing in a journal. More of a true low key ☕️ coffeehouse atmosphere would be inviting. Maybe jazz or something mellow playing at a low level would make the place seem a little classier and upscale. Also would be nice if they used down time to offer sample drinks and foods. Make the ambiance all about the customer, limiting loud music and employee conversations.

My favorite starbucks location, friendly baristas and my coffee is always made right (and delicious)

This coffee shop is hands down the most personable shop I've been too! Most times I don't even have to say my order! I'm always greeted BY NAME, and with a smile!! Not to mention they make my espresso the best!!

The workers at this Starbucks have been consistently producing disappointing, money-wasting drinks for a while. Weak coffee, espresso tasting burnt, wonky cream to coffee ratios, and there’s something going on that’s making vanilla syrups taste fruity (that’s not the workers fault I’m assuming). Would not recommend this branch at all right now.

I went to Starbucks this afternoon and asked for a grande matcha latte and this is what I got for $5.75. Does this look like a grande?
