Ordered 2 footlongs on the app tried using the code 2FOR1399 I tried so many combinations of footlongs no deals applied. Paid full price with the deal still in cart to notice that the Philly cheese I wanted only could do 6in by that point I already submitted the order. I not only got something I didn't want to try to get the 2for1399 still didn't get it and was told by staff that it's online so nothing they can do. They also let me purchase a oreo cookie that they do not have

This place USED to be good but during the last 6 months it's gone down hill. Toasted subs are cold, half the time sandwiches are missing items or completely wrong. Save yourself the hassle.

We ordered 3 sandwiches on-line. They were not ready when we got there and it was after the time indicated. Employee was putting sandwiches together wrong. We tried to tell her that she was putting on items we didn't ask for. She said she had to go by the order. I pulled it up on phone to make sure I hadn't marked incorrectly. It wasn't. She REFUSED to change even though she knew it was our order. I refused to take the wrong sandwiches and I eventually got her to make them correctly. Very frustrating and of course she was upset with us and wasn't friendly.

I took my daughter here to grab dinner and the staff acted like we were bothering them by coming in. There was a woman who could not speak English, throwing death stares. I tried to smile at her numerous times and she had a look of disgust on her face. My daughter told her honey mustard, when we got home she took a bite of her sandwich and it was honey mustard. When I took a bite of my sub my chicken was still cold and soggy like. I am so sorry to have this experience here, as usually customer service is great at this location. Whoever was working tonight was pissed to have to be there.

we walked in around 9:20 or 9:25 right after we got out of work to order four subs. the lady working was angry at the fact that we even walked in, instantly told us everything she doesn’t have, complaining that we were there ordering multiple subs & said that she’s gonna have to be there till 3am now, and telling us about how she hasn’t been able to go to the bathroom or do anything. she was slamming everything, being dramatic about any single thing we wanted on our subs, and complaining every single moment she could. a guy walked in shortly after us and she got extra mad, instantly told him everything she doesn’t have. at 9:43 another guy ALMOST walked in but he couldn’t even finish opening the door before she snapped at him and said “after their subs, i’m closing” even tho the store doesn’t close till 10. she also said at some point that if another person walks in, she’d walk out and quit. i also got a fountain drink & she gave me a cup with literal dirt in it, we asked for another cup, & she gave me another dirty one. i ended up just rinsing it out with water from the fountain and wiping it with a napkin because i didn’t want to inconvenience her anymore. it took her until 9:50 for us to walk out of the door. with some other person with a better attitude, we probably would’ve been out in ten minutes. almost contemplated on staying there with the guy behind us so he didn’t have to deal with her attitude by himself. professionalism was a solid 0/10 and if i didn’t love subway so much, she alone would be the reason i’d never go back to that store.
