we walked in around 9:20 or 9:25 right after we got out of work to order four subs. the lady working was angry at the fact that we even walked in, instantly told us everything she doesn’t have, complaining that we were there ordering multiple subs & said that she’s gonna have to be there till 3am now, and telling us about how she hasn’t been able to go to the bathroom or do anything. she was slamming everything, being dramatic about any single thing we wanted on our subs, and complaining every single moment she could. a guy walked in shortly after us and she got extra mad, instantly told him everything she doesn’t have. at 9:43 another guy ALMOST walked in but he couldn’t even finish opening the door before she snapped at him and said “after their subs, i’m closing” even tho the store doesn’t close till 10. she also said at some point that if another person walks in, she’d walk out and quit. i also got a fountain drink & she gave me a cup with literal dirt in it, we asked for another cup, & she gave me another dirty one. i ended up just rinsing it out with water from the fountain and wiping it with a napkin because i didn’t want to inconvenience her anymore. it took her until 9:50 for us to walk out of the door. with some other person with a better attitude, we probably would’ve been out in ten minutes. almost contemplated on staying there with the guy behind us so he didn’t have to deal with her attitude by himself. professionalism was a solid 0/10 and if i didn’t love subway so much, she alone would be the reason i’d never go back to that store.

This Subway has a sign up that says that they do not accept coupons. The only time I ever go to a Subway is when I have a coupon so I will never be coming back here again.

Worst costumer service ever my mom’s sandwich was everywhere they put way to much sauce on hers and my brother had way to much mayo. DO NOT GO HERE.

Eat at a subway now and then. First time for this location. Employees were not friendly today at all. They were acting frustrated with something in their life -manager was angry talking on the phone, then came out yelling at the employee, who then took it out on customer (us). Also we did not get what all we wanted to get for the sandwich. Tried to ask for something but the employee turned and went to the other customer instead of listening to us. Noticed that the employee was much more friendly to the guy behind us, who apparently was a 'regular' . Felt ignored totally. Wont be back to this location. Suggestion: managers, when you need to complain to employee-do it behind the scenes. Employees: were all important as customers.

Horrible customer service!!!! There was mayonnaise & mustard all over the paper it was wrapped in & everything fell out of it. The worker was not paying attention at all. 0/10.

Excellent been going here for 8years fresh everything great employees have become friends with alot them one of the managers awhile back bought my lunch cause I come so much a very nice woman I would recommend every one to eat here.
