Ik the reviews suck but this is purely based off just my meal tonight. Ordered on the app. Got. 5 layer and added Fiesta strips.. whoever made it.. pat yourself on the back. Best 5 layer I've had in YEARS. Restored my faith in taco bell!

We Ordered A Nacho Bell Grande Extra Everything And Got Regular Nacho Bell Grande When I Took It Back They Put Everything In Separate Containers Instead Of Putting It Together Like It's Supposed To Be Any Other Time We Have Got It They Put It Nicely Together With Extra Everything Like We Asked For Why Was Tonight An Issue??

Did a mobile app order… They forgot 3 of my tacos… Called to tell them about it they did replace them but I live 30 miles away and the guy was very rude… When I got there to pick them up the guy said he was sorry but added that he was having a stressful night… Like that made it okay to be rude…
Manager Jen is always rude to customers and doordashers. They complain about not having enough staff but don't hire anyone. The manager was making food without gloves on! Absolutely disgusting! I understand people have bad days but this lady has been real nasty to a lot of people.

If I could give this place a -1 star I would. Went there recently and it was HORRIBLE to say the least. The bathrooms were gross and almost out of toilet paper. Their workstations and floor were COVERED in trash…and I mean PILES of trash on the floor. Health inspectors need to make an appearance at this place randomly to see how they manage the building. After receiving our order the tacos were smashed and falling apart everywhere. The barely followed portion sizes that we asked AND paid for.
