They were out of flavored lemonades, but everything else was good. The young lady behind the counter came out to wipe down tables and when she saw it was messy under our table, apologized for the mess. That's taking the time to above and beyond. Most employees these days just ignore it and walk away, but that said she really cared about the impression we had of the restaurant.
Frosty and the son of baconater? Chocolate and bacon in the same sentence? Yes please! Wendy's Knows how to do Bacon. Super clean environment and great staff. Keep up the good stuff Wendy's.
90% of the time my order is perfect. When it isn't right I'll tell them and they're so kind and respectful. And they make it right in some way. Either replacing it or if you can't get it they write your name down so you can get it next time. And I order off Doordarshan all the time so I call them for extra sauce and they never seem bothered by it. Yes it just is doing their job but compared to McDonald's, I rate Wendy's 100000/10.
