Refused service to a disabled veteran and his daughter. Was 415 pm. League starts at 7. So why exactly cant my daughter bowl when your advertised as open workers there but we cant bowl. Sir those are reserved for tonight. Well thats in 3 hrs. We will be here 45 minutes max. Nope cant do it bud. Wow. Thats how we treat customers, trenton residents, and disabled vets. Yall disaapoint. I will forever boycott this facility until the day I die. Make this right owner of company. Make this right

Most staff is great but....the guy that works the kitchen i believe the bartender said his name is Jake he is completely unprofessional, when we were there eating I overheard him disrespecting a customer it was disgusting

So me my wife and 4 year old go to bowl we get thier and was told no open bowling no big deal so we are leaving, and a older gentleman stops us and says I can get you on a lane we thought that was awesome. Then we go back to pay it was like the guy at the counter was mad that he overrode his authority. No big deal I took as this guy was having a bad day then we had our personal bowling balls stuck and they wouldn't come back it happened 4 times. It would take 10 minutes at this point my wife is like I'll go tell him he ignores her then finally saysAlright 10 minutes goes by I'm like we are leaving. I turn my sons shoes in let him know to let the older gentleman thankyou and let him know his customer service skills suck and left. Dude instead of saying I was doing what I was told my mistake you acted like I'm going to be rude to these people by the way it was completely empty at this point!

They recently updated the place and it is pretty nice! They have a bar and some good food as well. I would definitely recommend taking the family here.

I've been coming here for years. It's a great place. The restaurant has really good food. Looks nice inside. Friendly staff. Even has an arcade now. I definitely recommend joining a league here.

10 Pins of Trenton is a great family fun experience with a very helpful staff and and clean facility. My daughter and I attended a birthday party held there and it was an exceptionally fun time. The staff set up bumpers and kids bowling games. They had metal helpers so the kids could roll the bowling balls down the lanes. My three year old had a blast! The pizza they prepared for the party was good and very well received by the children. I hope to come back with both of my kids for a night of bowling. So, if you have Youngs kids and are looking for something to do in the evening, I suggest 10 Pins of Trenton. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Worst bowling alley in the area by far. Came here twice, both times about 45 minutes before they close which is a reasonable amount of time to bowl one game which is just what I was looking to do. Couldn’t find a single person to help ring me up. When I finally found a lane attendant, he went and looked for someone to help and count find anyone. Another time I came, I stood around waiting for 10 minutes and no one helped me. As I was walking out the door someone came up to me and asked if I wanted to bowl a game? Not after that terrible service. I have gone to many lanes later in the night with no issues. Very negligent staff and management and will not be taking my business here again.

First time waited a good 8 minutes for someone to show up..finally walked away and then someone followed us right as we were about to leave and asked if we wanted to play..like what?! little weird. The second time no one was there AGAIN waited forever and finally found someone running the lanes, he went back to see if anyone could help us no one was there? once again very weird. won’t be coming back here.

Lost about 20 minutes of the hour I paid due to my ball continuously getting stuck. Moved to another lane and had the same issue. My hour ended with my ball still stuck, leaving me hostage to sit and wait for someone to free my ball.

My daughter bowls here on a youth league. Its great ! Well maintained. The staff is super helpful . They have great youth coaches also.

the bartender is very rude. made me feel completely stupid, she was super snobby to my whole group. if you want to act like that find another job! don’t work some place where you have to socialize with people and have to be respectful! it was my first time there and definitely my last thanks to her.

Pretty bad experience. Lanes kept stealing balls and the staff was no help. When workers weren't rude, they were ignoring you outright. I think they might be understaffed since I really only saw three employees in the whole building.
