There's an older gentleman, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, who works the drive through window near every time I stop in at night. He is the kindest, friendliest person I've ever met and he's absolutely wonderful every time I get dinner.

We went through the drive through at about 6:40 on 11/25 and the older man who took care of us was so kind and had a wonderful personality, our interaction with him left us smiling when we left. I don't know his name but he made our night :)

Does not deserve the one star. Ordered on the App waited half an hour with a confirmation email and ended up at Burger King. In my 30 minutes standing in their lobby I was talked about and called horrible names, watched a girl with a hoodie pulled up over her face leaning all over counters on her phone ignoring customers and the filthy mess around her, a sloppy man in the kitchen eating a sandwich with his work gloves on dripping sauce on the floor, and 7 people working with trash all over. These were the nastiest unhappy dirty people. Their misery was contagious. Arby's magically returned my funds this morning but the location themselves offered NO assistance even saying it's happened before.

This location has been terrible since Covid. It is 724pm and they are supposed to be open til 10 but they're not! They never are. And when they are open it is ALWAYS drive through only. Fix your hours on Google.. this is ridiculous.

The Reuben & beef & cheddar were horrible and the fries were barely warm & not salted. Will not go back!!!
I went in today after I got my shift at work. We have no power and the lady behind the counter (I didn’t catch her name) was fantastic! Another couple was there without power eating their lunch around 12:30-12:45ish. They had apparently told her they didn’t have power as well. When they left they made sure to tell her thank you and have a great day and she said she hoped their power was back on soon. Before this I had placed my order and she was very nice and very quick to ring me out. She offered me sauces and immediately gave me the cup that came with the combo I ordered for my fiancé. After I placed my order I moved to the side and filled my cup. Two ladies one was probably around 50 and her mother who was older came in to place their order. They were being indecisive and taking their time choosing their items. She asked them if they were ready because they were complaining about prices from what I heard. I’m not sure if she heard them or not. She gave them time and she started filling drive thru orders because it was very busy since a lot of us don’t have power right now. She was right there and was only away from them around three minutes. When she came back asks asked if they were ready to order they said, “we’ve been ready.” I kept it to myself but seriously that was so rude of them. She politely explained she was trying to help with the drive thru orders while they made their choices. I know these ladies weren’t ready, they made a lot of complaints to each other about pricing and what they wanted. Then they asked her about options. She rang them up and they still complained amongst themselves. She was nothing but a kind and efficient server. I just wanted to give her a shout out because she was fantastic and didn’t deserve that. If you seriously don’t like the prices go to McDonalds. ? food was hot and fresh and everything tasted great! She made sure I had all three sauces I needed for my order first thing so it wasn’t over looked. I really appreciated her kindness and efficiency not just toward me but every customer there. My food came up way faster than I thought it would so shout out to all the people in the back as well! To the lady in the front, good job being not only cheerful but also showing kindness and efficiency!

I ordered the new Fish Husppupy Batter. I hadthe 8pc. combo. The tastewas great, except 3 out ofthe 8 were not cooked crispenough.I would have returned the orderexcept I was totally out of the area.I will try the combo again.Cross my fingers they get it right. The portion was sufficient. It's worth tryingagain . The staff were very friendly and helpful.
