The young ladies are very rude. Cannot get the orders correct. Also, no dogs should be aloud in a dine in restaurant. Never heard of this before. Food should not be on the counter. I have been to other Biggby coffees and get treated with respect. Your girls give dirty looks to everyone. Very rude staff you have in Woodhaven location. Also other stores give out coupons.

The girls are absolutely amazing here, I went in for a coffee and bagel and they're absolutely busy as I'm watching & they messed up a few times on my coffee (but I'm not picky I will literally drink everything) they offered quickly to fix it and handed me coupons. I love this location and the girls there are the best ❤️

I would like to know why my two sandwiches are cold and the bagel is as hard as a brick? Just went through the drive-through and this is what I get for $24. I usually like this location, but what the heck is this?
My caramel marvel had a ton of coffee grounds in it. I'm not local, and was just stopping by, so, I guess I'll just have to drink as is. 😓 The last time I was passing thru and stopped here, my latte had a pretty large piece of bacon in it. 🤔😔

I had never been here thought I would try it ordered the turkey bragel thought it was really good not too much cream cheese thrown on it or clumped together. The girls in the drive thru were polite ,pleasant visit will come back .

My favorite Bigby in downriver. My drink is always perfect in the morning. The morning manager I believe her name is Makenzie is always on top of it getting my drink and bagel out quick and perfect every-time. Thank you for my morning caffeine!!!

Went through drive thru for a bagel this am and when i got to work to eat it the cream cheese was used, more than half, scrape marks from a plastic knife when i asked for manager she made me tell her who I was first ODD.... VERY snotty young girl Makenzie she said her name was after I explained she laughed and said oh yea we use those for sandwiches and paused then said someone mustve of not looked. So best i can do is give you a new one next time. UMMM no thanks on putting used cream cheese in your fridge then giving your customers. Stay away from this place. Mackenzie you need manager training my dare . :(
