In town for Hockey and luckily found this Gem of a restaurant. Extremely reasonable prices, giant menu and the best breakfast I have had in years. The wait staff is great and so is the food. It's a blast from the past, when customers mattered. I highly recommend that you make time to check it out!

I am amazed by this restaurant. It is very small but the food and service is more than top notch. I am disabled and when I make an order to take out they bring it to me. The 1 time I took my son there, they were the most helpful sweetest waitresses I have seen to date anywhere. And the food AMAZING. You can tell they are not all talk when they say homemade.

I recently moved to the area and tried George's. Two times got the Perch the sizes of fish were completely different. Another time, I called to place an order and couldn't get through. I went there ordered and waited sat at the counter and realized the cooks weren't wearing gloves. I called later to speak to the owner and he asked for me to please try them again. I think not. I am So disappointed as I live only a mile away. I will not return with my business. You lost a customer!

If you are of any ethnic decent other than white American or European don’t eat here if you don’t want to feel uncomfortable and a vibe like “your kind” shouldn’t be there eating. I have given this place chance after chance to get their act together because my husband used to come here as a kid. I will not be coming back here ever. Only a few waitresses have changed their tune and don’t judge by skin tone. It’s so sad that in this day and age you can still run into a restaurant whose patrons and workers have attitudes that are still stuck in the past. Always trying to split and divide and make someone feel less, falling for the propaganda that’s spread instead of using their own minds. Ignorance. I pray they do better.
