In town for a big USA v Canada tournament and the management doesn't have the place staffed properly. Lunchtime and one bartender and a cook, for large groups coming in after their games. Shame on the management for not staffing the bar and grill for this tournament.

This place is a joke. They are never open. 4 of the last 5 times I have gone, they were closed, when each time they should have been open according to their posted hours. The 1 time they were open, they weren't serving food.

Took the family there for Mother's Day Buffet, everything was outstanding and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the meatballs and pulled pork, my wife raved about the lasagna and chicken marsala, and my son couldn't get enough of the sausage and peppers. Great variety of options and desserts! We'll be back soon!

My boyfriend I were curious to try Hat-Trick since we both love the owner's other restaurants (Round House and The Grotto). We were pleasantly re-assured that this owner knows how to create great food with the help of talented staff. We enjoyed the space overlooking the ice rinks and watched a few games of league hockey. The Pizza and Wings were great!
Went with the Taco dinner, very good !! It is what it is, do not expect it to be like its' sister eateries or you will be dissapointed. It has a limited menu, and what they do, they do well ! I'll be back for more, for sure.

Place be packed with happiness a large team taking great care of all customers. Small one day only menu plenty exciting. That deluxe Detroit Style Pizza OMG outstanding loaded with Love, I asked for well done crust and the chef delivered perfection. Owner brought in team members from his other restaurants Grotto and Roundhouse both in Trenton. Perfect name Hat-Trick this being his third place and above the Trenton Ice Rings you can watch play on both sides how cool. Ordered a Double Damn Cheeseburger spot on and authentic Canadian comfort food Poutine absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to return once fully open and expanded menu. I'm adding to Yelp and Google also met general manager cool dude I'm sure he'll be posting to sites. Oh yeah got a shot of Mouth Watering Chicken Wings. Fabulous service and reasonable prices make this place a instant hit.
