We ordered an eight piece deep dish pizza at the Trenton, Michigan location. We requested that it be baked lightly. When we picked up the pizza, I have to say it was the worst pizza that we ever had. It was so overcooked, that it was like eating chips. Very unhappy, will not visit this jets again. They have a problem understanding requests from its customers.

Sarah the manager absolutely made my night! She was so sweet. My boyfriend doesn’t eat pork and I think we accidentally ordered a pepperoni and pineapple instead of just pineapple, so she let us keep the pineapple and pepperoni one, made us a new one with just pineapple, and gave us a free skillet cookie :) she was so kind and amazing! Thank you Sarah!

Order a jet boat yesterday and it was horrible, first the bottom was burnt then the inside part of it the dough wasnt done and also same part had nothing in it. Tried calling up there at 859pm and no answer. Definitely wont be back.

Received a BOGO coupon for 1 large pizza 1 topping in my mailbox. The coupon said toppings could be added. I pllaced a pickup order over the phone. Asked the employee on the phone if I could add toppings and he said yes. Added 2 toppings. When I went to pick it up the employee at the register said she could not honor the BOGO coupon because one pizza had to be 1 topping. She said the employee that took the order didn't know what he was talking about. She said she was the manager and demanded full price for the pizzas. I said no thanks and took my business down the street. Will never order from here again.

I would say pizza is ok, I got one small and one deep dish and a pop for $30.00. The price is all over my head. I would say it's not worth it. Sorry, guys.
