Dining room littered floor, trash bin overflowing, no napkins at that station. Looked empty of supplies. I would say they might not have had enough employees, because usually it's very clean and supplies are full. We go there alot.Kid-friendliness: Love the Playland. Food is good.

DO NOT go inside. Terrible help that doesn’t have a clue about what they are doing. Today it took 20 minutes to buy a soft drink and I used the kiosk. The person I paid had to “go in the back to fill the cup.” Now there is a terrible process. She disappeared out of sight for 10 minutes.
