So last week I placed an order for a cake to be ready for today at 11 am , on arrival the cake was not ready even with a week's notice my pick up window time was sensitive as I was doing this on my lunch hour as the cake was for a co worker , it was supposed to have a congratulations sign it didntI'm giving the 3 stars because the cake was actually delicious and met the need for a diabetic, but I'm definitely going to think twice if I ever need a cake again at a specific time and day since it wasn't ready or had the right decor.Just execution was NOT on point they need to put in some effort when they had a week's notice to be ready on time.

So I was skeptical. Sugar free, no gmos.... I'm so used to toxic food I didn't think this could be good. I was wrong. I got some of the banana nut bread. Honestly, I was expecting cardboard, and instead, I got a mouthful of spectacular. That nut bread didn't stand a chance with me it was so good. I didn't tell my cousins it was sugar free or anything, and they both enjoyed it as well. I eventually shared the secret, and the look on their faces was priceless. It was truly wonderful. They agreed as we ate the entire cake. I also had a mini cheesecake. I'm picky a out cheesecake. It was great... soft and moist, I would have never guessed it was sugar free. It's so hard to describe cheesecake, so let's just say it didn't make it past 2 bites before it was gone. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything is fresh daily and made on site. I have to come back for some bagels. OMG they look so good.Don't be afraid. It's just as good if not better than the toxic grocery store or sugar filled treats. It was amazing.

My Sister saw No Sugar Momma's booth at Eastern Market and scooped up strawberry and lemon cupcakes for me. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I avoid sweets and stick with my low carb life. Not only was the frosting and base tasty, but I didn't need much insulin to cover the carbs!! Since then, I've bought more goodies and the products were consistently good. I highly recommend!

We buy No Sugar Momma cookies at Woodward Market in Royal Oak. My dad has diabetes but has trouble finding sweets he likes. I stock up on a few boxes of the chocolate chip cookies when I see them in stock for him. He absolutely loves them and says they are the best sugar free snacks he has had. It is nice to bring him something he can actually eat during the holidays. We also snack on them and love them.

Best gluten-free bakery around. Even if you don't have a gluten problem the dessert are very tasty. I love giving these amazing treats to my gluten-free friends and family members and bring a smile to their faces.

Highly recommend the peanut butter balls, they’re large & have a really great crunch. Though I’m not the biggest fan of peanut butter, the chocolate outside brings it together, definitely good for cravings!

There are mixed reviews about this place. I'm new to GF and am always looking for tasty treats; my sister is diabetic and wanted to try some items as well. We bought an assortment of things: bagels, cupcakes, peanut butter cookies, cheesecake and carrot cake. The cupcakes were tasty but the buttercream icing has a very strange taste and consistency, I almost thought it had a cream cheese base. The peanut butter cookies were good, very peanut buttery, the cheesecake had no taste whatsoever and ended up in the garbage (what a waste!). The carrot cake was just okay, but has a dry texture and the bagels are just very strange; the taste was good, but they're very flat and the texture is very wet, hard to cut and difficult to toast. Sorry, will not return.

I'm so happy I decided to try this place, I'm from out of town and just happened to see it while driving around. I've been on and off keto for about a year now and I'm always trying to find new food that I can actually have. I was a little apprehensive because some sugar free desserts I've had can be dry or tasteless but this place is amazing! Every single thing we got was better than the next :) We will definitely be back and recommend trying it even if you aren't on a strict diet. (Try the peanut butter bar!!)

The chocolate chips cookies were so delicious- they use monkfruit sweetener. The bagels were great also. I’ll definitely go back for more.

Love this place! Both my mother and I have celiac disease and finding sweets is always so hard, especially in the downriver area. We STRONGLY recommend NSM for all your GF needs. They're the best!

The apple crisp is terrible, no flavor, not sweet no cinnamon...the choc chip cookies were yukkie too...a little sweet not very muchlike real ones. Sorry but this stuff is not as tasty as the hype.
