Ordered a quiche and chocolate zucchini bread to go along with a crème brûlée cold brew. Everything was amazing. I came here around 9 AM and the service was so fast and the cashier was so friendly. Very cute spot in downtown Trenton.

Really good food and service. But be aware there's no internet. On Google, the vibe looked like any other coffee shop, but it's more of a diner. There are outlets, and you can still work on your laptop, though.

Excellent food and service. Breakfast, lunch, and coffee is 5 star. Carry out dinner packages are awesome. Always a treat to visit Promenade.

Ordered the breakfast sandwich with fruit and was not disappointed! The bread compliments the meal tremendously

The five stars that I have given for the service is specifically for the 4 young people who were running the front. There was a line running out of the restaurant and every table was full. We had been waiting for our food for about 20 minutes (not a problem), when a couple walked in with 3 very young children and the lady went into the kitchen. They ordered their food and she went into the kitchen which is not only unsanitary but confusing as well. The family had ordered well 3 parties after mine but after she went into the kitchen someone walks out and goes "I'm making your food right now and I will bring it to you." Within about five minutes (still not having our food) they had five plates of food in front of them. Not only my party but the parties around us gave each other looks like "who is this lady and why does she get special treatment?" After the kind person at the front brought us our food we asked why they got their food before the parties ahead of them. The person said "she's friends with the owner." This is extremely poor customer service on the owners part. There were paying customers who had been waiting patiently and she walked in there like she owned the place. They should have to wait just like everyone else, that is not how you run a business. Business and friendship needs to be separated especially if "friends" are just allowed to walk into the kitchen whenever they want. The customers are the people who keep this place in business and treating them with disrespect like this and implying that your friends are more important than the multiple parties who probably spent a good amount of money there is insulting and rude. The food is amazing and so is the staff; however, this experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.

I love this place! Best breakfast sandwich in town! Get a lemon bar if you can grab one before they sell out! I have had some minor customer service issues like needing to ask to have tables cleaned and forks not being stocked (you have to grab your own and when they are out you’re stuck with food getting cold) but they have always been resolved with a smile.

The only thing that could make Promanade better would be a view of the Detroit River. This place makes their breads and pastries in-house and they do not skimp on quality nor quantity. I've tried nearly everything on their menu over the past 2 years and have never been dissapointed. The prices are reasonable for the product & it's consistent. The staff is friendly and customers are nice. They display art work from local artist, so even without the river back drop you've got plenty to look at if dinning in. Patio is limited but worth snagging a spot...or get it to go and walk 1 block east and sit at the river.

One of my favorite places to meet up with friends. All of their food is fresh and home made, which is definitely a huge plus.
