I recently had to leave a review for another Tim Hortons location, and as I mentioned there, it seems like the overall quality at many Tim Hortons restaurants has been steadily declining.
Today, I ordered two Bacon Grilled Farmers Breakfast Wraps, and both were missing the hash browns as well as the sauce that typically comes with them. What I received was essentially just a bacon and egg wrap—completely lacking the key ingredients that make it the Farmers Wrap.
This isn’t an isolated incident either. Unfortunately, this has happened to me multiple times over the past several months. At this point, the frequency of these errors is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

Terrible. The food is not only poorly put together but the customer service is terrible. Grew up in woodhaven and when ever we go here there ALWAYS something wrong. You can barely get everything that goes with your order let alone get decent customer service. Customer service is dead. Don't go here!

I’ve been drinking Tim Horton’s coffee for at least 20 yrs. Always a double double. I wouldn’t think that is too hard to make. For the past year, this certain location I’ve had to Up it to 2 cream 4 sugar, which apparently they cannot get this right either. 8 out of 10 times, it is wrong. I’ve had a barista look in my cup and say “Well it Looks right!” …Really?? You can see the sugar in there? Today I had to turn around again, head back to this store where this young man makes a new coffee. Thankfully I took the lid off to stir it, because they don’t, and it was 3/4 full. I asked if I could get it filled and he tells me “Well ran out of coffee” to which I asked if they were making more. So I’ll wait. During this time I took a Sip to make sure it was right. The boy then walks up to me and says “I can’t fill your cup because you drank from it” Unfortunately, this location is closest to my house which is why I continued to go there. This situation was the last, I will not buy anything from this store again. My expectation is set too high I suppose, a simple coffee with cream and sugar is too difficult for them to make. This place was getting near $100 from me every month. I do Not recommend to anyone. The product is great, the experience is below poor.

I never go to this location and today i had no choice. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons around downriver. I ordered a BLT with extra mayo. They didn’t even cook the bacon, I’ve never got one that had soft and limp nasty bacon that was still white. There’s a pinch of lettuce and definitely no extra mayo, that I paid extra for. The ice Capp was all liquid, they didn’t even mix in the flavor. They all clearly hated their jobs based on their tone and if I lived close to it I would’ve taken it all back. Save yourself the time and don’t come to this one. Wasted $20

This used to be a nice place when they opened up, now when I come visit from out of town, food was mediocre, one of the girls that work there was sitting playing on her phone the whole time.... Tables were all dirty and bathroom is disgusting, almost unbelievable that it's in
