Please, for the love of everything that is right and holy in this world. TOAST THE DAMN BREAD. It absolutely tastes like shit when you don't actually toast the English muffins. Please, sit your staff down, make them an untoasted sausage egg and cheese on the English muffin, and then make them one that has been toasted and buttered (which it how the build for the sandwhich is SUPPOSED to be)...there is a night and day difference, if you just do it right.
I've come here multiple times and have tried to ask for a double toast, and for whatever reason, your sandwich makers never do. Maybe they don't have a headset on. It would improve your sales if you just toast ur bread man. 🙄
Other than this, It's always quick.
My coffee is always right. Even when I order a wrap. My wrap is always correct. It's JUST the English muffins.

This location is making me start to despise Tim Hortons when it used to always be my go to coffee and breakfast spot. The employees need better training. TWO days in a row I ordered a 2 for 6 and when I pull up to the window I’m charged $4.95 for each sandwich. Also ordered (and paid for) a large mocha iced coffee and I received a medium iced coffee with no mocha. Of course this all falls back on management and not the employees who clearly aren’t trained properly. I come here quite often since I live so close and they’re almost always “out of espresso”. This is the worst Tim Hortons around!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve come here three separate times throughout a four month span. Every single time I’ve gone your ice Capp machine is broken. A literally joke. Multi million dollar company and you can’t get a new machine. This location has always and will always suck

Rude staff, their speaker box is to low you cant hear them...they will yell at you if you cant answer them correctly due to it...the girls working the morning dont listen when you order. So just double check it before you pull up. They'll put your frosted doughnut in a bag an when you pull it out its stuck to the bag. The sandwiches/bagels are constantly burnt. Im done trying to think it will better when I go to this location. There is only one worker there who is a male that works mornings thats always nice an courteous, he definitely needs to switch locations....I learned my lesson today, I should of went to Bigby where there foods not burned an customer service is always on point!!!!

Soooo, Timmy’s is one of my favorite coffee places to go when I’m home here in Michigan. But this Tim Hortons is lackinggggg in Customer Service and coffee and just everything!! The food they gave looked like they stepped on it, coffee was cold, the three times I’ve gone there, they were so freaking RUDE. This third and last time I’m ever going, I legit told them to work on their customer service because they were way too rude!! Coming from Texas back here, looks like I need to step up my Rude Game.

This location specifically is absolutely terrible! I recently moved here from Taylor to Trenton and almost every single time I go here they get my order wrong. When you order a large tea it comes with two tea bags! They always do one. Heaven forbid I order cream and sugar with it.. it’s almost never there so I just check it at the window now. The team is a bunch of kids sitting around on their phones instead of learning standard operating procedures of Tim Hortons. I have been a daily Tim Hortons drinker for years! Also, their coffee at this location is so inconsistent, I thought the measurements for cream and sugar is dispersed automatically based on when you press the cup to the machine. It doesn’t make sense..
Literally such a good location for a Tim Hortons and such bad customer experience.

I recently had to leave a review for another Tim Hortons location, and as I mentioned there, it seems like the overall quality at many Tim Hortons restaurants has been steadily declining.
Today, I ordered two Bacon Grilled Farmers Breakfast Wraps, and both were missing the hash browns as well as the sauce that typically comes with them. What I received was essentially just a bacon and egg wrap—completely lacking the key ingredients that make it the Farmers Wrap.
This isn’t an isolated incident either. Unfortunately, this has happened to me multiple times over the past several months. At this point, the frequency of these errors is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

Bagels are burnt, they taste burnt. I was already gone before I could go back in, so I called, no answer, I called multiple times. This location has been awful lately with their food. I’m so upset
