The drive thru is extremely tight and I ended up scratching the hell out of my rear rim on the curb when coming around the corner and the donuts I got were stale. I don’t plan on returning to this location.

Whenever there is an adult manager on site- this place is tolerable. What is it with not saying anything and just handing out the drinks and grabbing the card? I know you don’t REALLY want me to have a good day but it’s the little things in this human life. Covid changed the social atmosphere in ways we can’t return from. Teenage boys with half a brain cell do not need to be arguing with grown woman at 7 in the morning. I know they’re getting high off a wax pen in the bathroom, or they’re half asleep, or simply no one to tell them any different, but this job is too simple to complicate so severely. Maybe it goes back to training, maybe it goes back to childhood, but get a grip. First job or not; learn to be kind and patient- with yourself and with rude customers. One last thing, please learn to stir the drinks. There’s a special spoon and everything- it’s called chopping.

The lack of leadership and consistency here is distasteful. No one is paying attention to the orders being made and bagged. They’ll put the cream you ask for but not the sugar. They might stir your coffee. But if they don’t you’ll get the cream and sugar they did put in after you have drank the coffee. Ask for a plain bagel, they’ll give you an everything bagel. You ask for a honey dipped and they will give you a Boston cream. And if these are due to being out of what’s asked for, it should be made known to the customer.

I ordered a coffee and one food item I got my coffee and the guy that rang up my order I guess he forgot that quick to make my food item because I stood there for 10 minutes the guy was wiping down counters he had nothing to do I was the only customer but other than poor customer service everything else was

Asked for a strawberry coconut refresher, it was water with strawberry syrup at the bottom. I said it didn’t look right, the cashier took my cup and stirred the syrup with a random, used spoon that was behind the counter in a metal cup. He said he couldn’t do me another one. He gave me my cup back stirred. Great. We also didn’t receive our sandwiches for a long time and for at least three times they noticed that and nothing was done. Thank you :)

I've been a regular at this location for years, never had an issue. However, this morning, when I placed my order, I noticed on the screen at the last minute that one thing was off after it was read back to me. I tried to talk with them through the speaker to correct it, but after three attempts and another patron pulling up behind me, I moved on to fix it at the window. I told the window employee and they went to change it, but the employee with the headset came up and began to argue with me that I had stated a different request. I said that I didn't and he said I confirmed it and I said that, I tried to fix the error that you misheard, but no one would respond. He then became rude and sarcastic with me over something that took them 30 seconds to correct. It was unnecessary. A simple mistake that turned into more because of attitude. Extremely disappointed.

I never complain or fuss when my food is wrong but this was horrible. One day they gave me a heel of bread for my avocado toast. So I went amd returned following morning and now gave me this black toast.

This was by far the best service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. That's not saying I've ever really had a bad experience, but this location was amazing. They were polite and friendly. We had a slightly difficult order, kids and vegetarians in the car, and they nailed it. Not only did they get the food right we had the food within a minute of getting to the window. This was not pre-made stuff we were handed either. I will always go back to this location from now on.Vegetarian options: You can have almost anything made without the meat. My wife gets an egg and cheese croissant sandwich.Kid-friendliness: They make my daughter's sandwich without the egg because she doesn't like eggs currently.

The drive thru attendant was rude as you get and tossed the bag at me. The only thing I could get out of it is I added a muffin at the counter as I remembered a family members request to get one.

I had to downgrade a bit on the service because often our order was not filled accurately. BUT their hot tea English Breakfast is the downriver gold standard for excellent brewing. Well done.
