Trufant Tavern is a hidden gem less than 5 miles away. The burgers are amazing, and the special subs and salads won't disappoint. The newly remodeled interior is welcoming, and the outside keeps the charm of an old small town "watering hole". The tavern has recently been under new management, which has positively impacted the atmosphere, making it feel like visiting a favorite relative’s house. Great food, friendly service, and good drinks make it a top spot. Recent visitors have enjoyed karaoke nights and praised the hospitality, while others have had mixed experiences with certain menu items, like the pretzel bites. Overall, it remains a fantastic place to unwind and meet good people.
