Sub not toasted. No cheese on pizzas. Wrap slopped together. Cheese dipper not rolled, half cheese half bread. This subway has the LAZIEST NIGHT SHIFT EMPLOYEES.

This is by far the worst subway I've ever been to. The first time we ordered online and nothing was correct. Now we order and I'm eating cold flat bread because they can't toast it. I've never gone to a subway that said they can't toast my flatbread with chicken. I'm so disappointed.
They talk to much to themselves, not motivated took them 25 mins to make 3 subs !

I placed an online order for two Footlong subs and both had many incorrect ingredients and preparation that left both subs inedible by me. I do not recommend online ordering to this location, they will probably get it wrong

If you are planning any catering for a special event (in my family’s circumstance a funeral memorial for my grandmother) do not use this location. For those that read my other reviews, I live in the Lansing area but grew up in Ruth and graduated from Ubly (I.e. this is not a troll post).My family had ordered a significant catering order to be ready for pickup at 12:30pm on November 25, 2023. The order was placed well in advance, requiring two interactions with the store and employees before pickup. The first was the initial trip to try to order. The employee could not complete the order (manager needed). The second was the follow up trip to place the order (manager). Order was taken, and details were confirmed.We went to pickup the order at pickup time and called ahead to verify it was ready or if additional time was needed. Upon picking up the phone, the employee informed our family that they had dated the order incorrectly. They placed the order for November 27, 2023, not November 25. When confronted about the error, instead of owning the mistake and working with us to come up with solutions (we get it, mistakes happen), the woman on the phone was rude and said they were “too busy” to do anything. No subs were provided and we were left to come up with a solution of our own.We were thankfully able to get the 40 sandwiches needed from Bad Axe and Harbor Beach’s subway locations, but with no help from the employees at the Ubly subway.In short, this establishment should not be trusted with anything more than a single, in-person order. Otherwise, you are gambling with your event and may need to do what we did.

Placed an online order from work. Forget to change the time to 3 pm. Food was sitting on pickup rack when I came in. Didn't feel comfortable with it being left out for over 2 hours. Ate it and was fine but didn't like that fact.
