I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and it tastes sour like it was made with expired half and half. The service is always inconsistent, the coffee is always made different then how you got it the first time and the food is the same way.
The coffee isn't that good but the food is good!

This place is absolutely amazing. I haven't tried the bagels, but, their muffins and cinnamon sticks are fantastic.
