I've drove past this place hundreds of times in the past few years. I would usually go to Custard Spot but after trying Ashby's for my first time in June i've been hooked! The ice cream is amazing, great quality and VERY reasonable prices! At the rate I am going ill have tried all 30 something flavors by the end of the year :)

Went here last summer frozen custard hard ice chunks in it and the people wouldn’t let me go up to the counter a bunch of weirdos

Not coming back here unless the fear factor leaves. Wow, too many fear signs on your front door & window -they are NOT necessary! C'mon people, it's time to wake up and quit being so scared! Quit listening to the less than accurate news! Get the facts yourself! What planet have you been living on that you forgot that germs, viruses, bacteria, disease, etc, have been around since forever!!Too bad and so sad what fear mongering has done to TOO MANY people!THINK THINK THINK for YOURSELVES!!!!

I was ordering ice cream with my mask on and an older lady waited on me. She had a mask on but did not wash her hands and put gloves on when she prepared my treat. The treat was delicious but I felt uncomfortable that they were not taking extra precautions and using their bare hands. They were shut down for a while because someone had Covid 19 so I am surprised they are not being more careful when preparing a customer's order.

I got charged extra for paying with a credit card?! When did that start happening? If I known that I would've paid cash instead. Also the older lady that was making the ice cream wasn't wearing any gloves. Didn't this place shut down for a while because someone who works there had Covid? Maybe I'll go to to another ice cream place that has better CDC precautions for a while until this pandemic is over.
