Cheesy bacon tots were hard, dried out, tasted terrible like they had been sitting in warmer for many days. Whopper freshly made was excellent, thus 2 stars. Unfriendly drive through person, didn't speak, didn't greet, didn't thank, wasn't friendly.

My problem has nothing to do with the store it has to do with the manager's disrespectfully talking to the employees there is no reason that any man should speak to a woman and have her in tears over a job. If you believe that that is okay then you continue to shop here. I used to go here everyday. I will never go back here again for the way that the manager spoke to the employee in the Drive-Thru. She does not deserve that so I try to call the store. They are going to defend him so defend him and my review is they have good food. They have good service but their manager is very disrespectful.

I’m not sure if I just hit the right time or what but the food was so fresh and fantastic, it totally changed how I look at Burger King.
This may sound stupid but I am dead serious. I got a Coke, fries and a bacon cheeseburger just to get some quick food.
The fries were impossibly fresh and delicious. I didn’t even know Burger King had that potential with their fries.
Bacon cheeseburger was equally awesome. Fresh. Great proportions.

OK, so I come here all the time and I ordered chicken fries with my meal and the person on the mic telling me I’m lying and I’ve never gotten chicken fries with my meal there before she was extremely rude. Go to any other Burger King than this one. And I decided to call them back to complain and the manager called me a dumbass.

Took our kids here to play at the play place since it’s so cold out side. Dorothy took our order. She was very pleasant and helpful with the order. Her team got the food out for my family of 4 before I could finish filling up my drinks. Excellent service. Had to go back because I forgot an item and again it was made super fast. They have great customer management compared to many fast food places I’ve been to. Good job!!

I went to the Burger King at 23 Mile & Van Dyke today, and honestly, it was a disaster from start to finish. The drive-thru was an absolute nightmare — the speaker sounded like it was on its last breath, and it took forever just to place my order. When I finally got to the window, the cashier looked like I had personally ruined their entire day and handed me a bag that was already falling apart.
I ordered a Whopper meal, but what I got was a cold, sad excuse for a burger. The fries were limp, flavorless, and completely pointless. The soda was flat, the lettuce was wilted, the tomato soggy, and the bun was greasy and squishy — basically a warning to never trust fast food again.
The whole experience made me question my life choices. If you value your taste buds, your patience, or your sanity, stay far, far away from this location. The only thing “kingly” here is how royally terrible the service and food are.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your drive-thru. The employee was rude, asked me “Who are you?” in an irritated tone, and looked at me with an expression that clearly showed they did not want to work.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for customer service. She should not be working for Burger King.

Today decided to take my nephews and my daughter to the Burger King on 23 mile and Van Dyke to show my children the way we used to play when we were little the customer service was above and beyond you don’t really see that in the fast food industry anymore they were so polite And very accommodating for me and my kids and we are very annoying to deal with God bless the Burger King employees who work here
