Today decided to take my nephews and my daughter to the Burger King on 23 mile and Van Dyke to show my children the way we used to play when we were little the customer service was above and beyond you don’t really see that in the fast food industry anymore they were so polite And very accommodating for me and my kids and we are very annoying to deal with God bless the Burger King employees who work here

Husband went there tonight (works afternoons) Got there 1145 and not 1 person answered to take hus order finally left and he seen them all in the window standing around absolutely ridiculous 🙄

I ordered 2 impossible Whopper because I'm a vegetarian and got a beef whopper wrapped in an impossible wrap. I tried to call but they don't answer. I live 30 minutes away.

If you’re ordering from this place, expect to get categorized, I went in with my workers vest, while a white couple was walking in, the waitress there literally checked me up with the weirdest look ever, dropped my Oder over the counter with No single word, turned to the other couple with a wide smile asking how she may help them!!!!

I ordered two of the honey mustard crispy chicken wraps at around 10:30 pm. I realize this is late at night, but I would still expect the chicken to be fresh. This was the worst chicken I have ever tasted. It was dry and chewy and almost inedible. I ate what I could, which wasn’t much, and gave the rest to my dog. So in the end, I was still hungry and I was angry that I spent $6.34 for a meal that was barely fit for human consumption. At least that made my dog happy. But totally unacceptable!!
My kids love coming here for the play place. Not very many of those left anymore! The owner is really nice, and has family working there. They love having kids come in. It's been remodeled recently, they keep the place pretty clean.

was really craving a whopper I have not had one in a very long while. 11:35 pm and I rolled in and out in less than 5 minutes. my fries were hot and my whopper was 10 out of 10. Hot delicious, and fresh. Side note: i’ve been coming to this Burger King for about 25 years. I was happy to see the blonde female who seems to be a staple here. After the remodel, I was afraid she wasn’t gonna be there and there she was with a wonderful smile. Don’t ever leave.
