I've been to this location quite a lot, so it isn't inherently bad. I only give it 3 stats as there are many games when I go that aren't working properly, or the games that do work charge a LOT per turn. Like crane games charging 11 points. You rarely see a game there anymore charge less than 7 points per card. In the prize area, you're also not really seeing the grandest of prizes worth the effort you put forth. Other than that, I don't have too much to say, other than I still do have a lot of fun when I go, and the above review hasn't deterred me from ever going back. Just wish some things were lowered a bit

Service was great. The bartender was so funny. Giving it a 3 overall because this particular location has gone down since COVID. I've been going to this location since my yrs in college. I'm 44 now & my oldset is 21 yrs old. Basically they were raised there. I do understand they're still trying to revamp themselves due to COVID. I just miss things like the pool tables, coat check in. We went on NYE & it wasn't that great

Tickets are out of control. Years ago I could actually get something. If you need extra tickets its 100 for $3 and a $.50 piece of candy is 200+ tickets. We didnt get any food. But everything else was about how you would expect.

Food is never good here here for the games!! Should be an Adult place!! Kids have their own places!! 21+ alcohol. Too expensive to eat here best for play!!

This place has gone down ALOT since I was younger. The games barely work correctly. The bartender, Tyler, wasn’t good. My guy informed him that he was allergic fish but not shellfish, multiple times. We ordered shrimp And calamari. Tyler checked to see if the shrimp was fried in the same grease but not the calamari and proceeded to allow us to eat it. Soon as my guy bit into one he could taste the fish and instantly started feeling sick. Tyler’s just standing there like it’s no big deal “take it off you bill?” Uhmm yes. Tyler was very inattentive to us. The bar was dirty. We asked him to clean it, he half way wiped. I had to physically grab the rag myself and wipe the bar. For how much money spent, this was unacceptable! I wanted to talk to a manager but as I stated he started feeling sick instantly so we had to leave quickly. Dave and busters needs to lower those prices for those terrible games that’s been in here over 10 years OR DO BETTER!!

I’ve never been to Dave and Buster’s before.. I had a blast!! We had a Christmas party there for work. The food was good, service was great and the arcade (games) were so much fun!! I would definitely recommend.

Our New Year’s Day visit to Dave & Buster’s was a complete failure. We waited over two hours for restaurant seating, only to find that our family’s turn was missed. The two onsite managers were unable—or unwilling—to resolve the issue and showed no accountability or urgency. What was meant to be a special experience for our kids turned into disappointment and frustration. Extremely poor management and customer service. We left with a very bad taste and would not recommend this location.

The prices for the games change to much went two times in a row Saturday and then Sunday and the prices were dubbed not a fan of this

Can’t really rate the food because I haven’t tried it. Been sitting in my seat for an hour and I haven’t even been asked what I want to drink. Waitress has walked past me about 30 times. Hasn’t made contact yet. I’ll keep you posted. Turning into a terrible Christmas for my kids because of a lazy staff here. Highly disappointed. As a divorced dad just trying to use this little time I have today to give them joy and here we are being ignored at our table for the better part of an hour now.

The food menu is excellent we always try to go for half off games. Threw out the week i would say the unlimited 90 minute game play is a better option but you are limited on how many tickets you can win. Extra savings with food and play combos.
