I was allowed to reserve a table WHEN THE DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED. Confusing / frustrating. Also the fish was the worst breaded mass of garbage ever.

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend here. The drinks were really good but just beware they are sugary too many could upset your stomach. The games were really fun I spent a few hours there.

We went specifically for the Fireteam Raven arcade experience. Did 2x Eat-N-Play combos with additional chips added. Disappointed to find that not only were the machines not networked, but the QR scanners had been REMOVED from the machines, meaning no stats or mission progress would translate to our online accounts.
Not the end of the world, but being the primary reason for hitting the arcade, disappointed is an understatement. Food was good, service quick, but if the biggest feature of the arcade experience is not functioning, a bit of a let down.

Sitting in the game area is quite loud. Wait staff overall good and attentive but did make us feel rushed towards the end
Where do I start. Went there for my wifes birthday. Was told they were under staffed and didn't want to overwhelm the waitress, so we couldn't be seated for 30 min. Mind you, there was only 1 table seated at the time. We went into the game room and bought the game pass and food combo deal. We then actually got seats at a table in that area instead of the restaurant side. Ate food, bill comes, and it was completely screwed up. At this point, I was just done, so I paid an additional $70 and gave the waiter a cash tip. I walked away. My wife went back to ask for a receipt because she saw I was upset, and the waiter told us he had thrown it out and could not get another copy... I travel the country for a living and have been to many Dave and Busters. I will never go here again and would recommend no one else go either.

Let’s start sat down at 7 and was there until almost 9 Ordered the same dish twice both times the food came out cold in most spots and Luke warm in others then gave them the easiest task chicken tenders and fries just to get cold food again staff was understanding but the food was unacceptable I wouldn’t feed that to my dog the dots I bought from the vending machine there was just as cold as my food how is ice cream as cold as my food 😂😂

My Granddaughters and I had a great time playing games and getting prizes. The human crane was an awesome experience!! I only gave 4 ⭐️'s because we did not have an option for seating for lunch. We had to dine in the game area, and we would've appreciated a quiet area to eat and chat.

I just don’t understand the logic of telling someone they can’t sit in the dining area because it’s reservation only. I literally just went online then and made a reservation and came right back. Upsetting, because I asked if we could just sit somewhere relatively quiet before going into the game area, but was told no because they only had 1 waitress there, but plenty of waitresses in the game area. Why not pull a waitress or 2 from there? Silly, frustrating logic.
