Also, what condiments used to be in these trays? Like why are they here as teasers if they're empty? I want Parmesan and red pepper flecks, but there are none not even behind the counter because 5 years ago when this was bought by corporate they turned this place into a joke!
$20 for a small pizza and no condiments? That is insulting. Plus the indoor fireplace is broken. Honestly corporate got their priorities backwards, as these pictures go to show! Too busy counting pepperonies to see the bigger picture...that's why I'm writing this in hopes you SEE and READ and CHANGE FOR THE BETTER. It's the little things that chip away at integrity and destroy a business. John Taffer would be freaking out if he went to dine here. There's this beautiful picture window facing Hall Road and wonderful view...but half the tables are missing and condiments too!
Alongside one if not the busiest roads in Macomb County, M-59 Hall Road, and there's no ready made slices!? I bet business would double with a sign alongside Hall Road "$5 pepperoni or cheese slices, 3 for $10!" or let this place go to the dogs, and as it seems you've chosen the latter.
Have a nice day and for Christ's sake for Christmas fix the toilet seat for $20 and bring back the basic condiments every pizza place except dominoes in the world provides for free, or get rid of the dang empty stainless steel pans! This Domino's in Utica Michigan is in my opinion one of the best and most efficiently run that I have ever had experience with and I must say I've had good experience with Domino's across the region. Buchanan "Buck", Brandy, Rob the delivery guy, and all the others whose names I can't remember are just outstanding when it comes to their customer service and delivery times. The pies as well as the chicken and all the assorted dishes are cooked to perfection and you can easily tell the meticulousness as well as high standards that Buck holds his store to. We always recommend this Domino's to our guest. GREAT JOB AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

We were on the way home and hungry, was going to bring home pizza to the family, so we pulled up to this Dominoe’s.
Went inside to order at the counter, worker seemed flustered at using the register so I offered to use the app to order.
Sat on the bench and placed the order through the app. Went back to our car to wait. About 20 minutes later the tracker advanced only once, at the very end of that 20 minutes, to the “your pizza is being prepared and will be ready in 3-4 minutes.”
It seemed far fetched that the cooking hadn’t even started, only the prep had even STARTED, yet it would be done in 4 minutes.
5 minutes later, my order in the app disappeared completely.
Went back in to the store, they said “it was up there but not started yet.” They said it would be about 25 minutes. Seeing as we’d already waited 25 minutes, I cancelled our order.
Since it was for over $50, I had to pay on the app before it would take the order, instead of waiting to pay at pick-up. (Did I mention we did this from inside the store, on the bench?)
The cashier cancelled the order when I said we can’t wait ANOTHER 25 minutes.
I do not have anything to show that I was refunded. She said I could check with my bank in some number of days. I actually didn’t pay attention to the number of days she said to wait, because knowing the number of days does not make me feel better. Whether it shows up in my bank or does not show up in my bank, I have no recourse.
And no pizza.
Still hungry.
A family member at home ordered pizza from Hungry Howie’s, delivered.
I believe when my app suddenly showed no evidence of any order whatsoever, and would only let me start a new one, that likely took place due to some act on the part of the workers realizing only then they’d not even started mine.
I believe it was only then - 20 minutes in and exactly when our app erased all evidence of our order - that our order was finally put on the list - and still behind other orders that came in after ours.
I’ve had nothing but quite negative experiences with pretty much all Domimo’s except the one in Rochester Hills next to the library, which is a far drive from our house. This is disappointing because I like the taste of their pizza.
But I’m the only one in the family that prefers Domino’s, and they’ve lost me now, too.

After my order sat out of the oven for almost 40min I called and was notified the driver just left with my order. I finally got my order 70min after ordering where the estimate was 32-37min on my receipt.
Left a bad review on the app and got a coupon for 1/2 off regular menu prices pizza. The same offer that is available for anyone by ordering online. Going to need a refund as we didn't get anything edible. Pizza was about as cold as the pop we got and cause it was thin crust was absolutely disgusting.

I ordered one of each style of large pizzas. None of them has much cheese on it, even the one that I paid for “extra cheese”… all three were over cooked so no one ate the crust on them. I won’t order from here again. Also, feeding vegetarians - the pineapple and jalapeño pizza had a bite of meat mixed into it… very disappointed.
Vegetarian options: Dominos states that their mozzarella is made with non animal enzymes (no baby animal stomach lining) …. But the Parmesan, Alfredo sauce and other cheeses are not vegetarian cheese.
Dietary restrictions: The mozzarella cheese is vegetarian safe (not made with animal enzymes), but the other cheeses are not (I read this on the website). However, my non meat pizza had a piece of meat on it- I think it was ham (probably mixed in with the pineapple on the pizza).
A suggestion to make it a little bit more inviting and friendly would be to have maybe a container of clorox wipes to help clean the sit-down tables. Also, the napkins were empty at the table. But nice staff, friendly, and attentive to our needs

Please ensure that you purchase pizza from this store utilizing a coupon; it is NOT worth the money. My order was an XL specialty pizza with added toppings and a marinara cheese dip with garlic bread. There seemed to be a inventory shortage as the pizza lacked a decent spread of the toppings ordered and almost no cheese dip in the pan(you could see the bottom in spots). Since there wasn't much dip, the recommended cooking time nearly scorched it, or maybe their cooking times are set too high. The pizza and garlic bread were also overcooked and charred. I may have set my expectations too high, but for the prices charged I think properly cooked food should be an even trade. It could have been an off day, but I recommend that you please look for another location or avoid the cheese dip, garlic bread, AND XL pizza when ordering from here.
