This location has been slipping. We've been carrying out for years, but lately it's not been as great. On three separate occasions, we watched pizzas and bread hitting the floor, and the last several visits our pizzas were less than stellar.

I previously gave this place a good review so I don't know what changed but this place is cold garbage and I say cold because that's how every order you receive will be. I've ordered for dinner, COLD! I've ordered for lunch, COLD! I spend over fifty dollars when I order and tip well to be receiving COLD pizza!!

This particular domino's location on Hall road is amazing. They don't charge extra for the white sauce, or the premium toppings! Sometimes they over bake, but it's a rare occurrence.

I ordered a chicken BBQ pizza from door dash they called to cancel since they don’t deliver before 4 , then i made another same order it came with out chicken, without cheese it was horrible experience, then i called them to get me refund for the cancelled order , and to complain about the other order they said sorry we can’t help you contact door dash i did .. but no refund yet ..

Ordered 2 individual pans of pasta and bread bites....after waiting 1 hour to get food handed to my husband the driver came in store and got order for him. There were at least 4 people there clueless. Last time we will order anything here.

Had my original order messed up and my replacement order was also incorrect. Didn't bother calling to complain the second time.
Ordered two pizzas, one wasn’t cut at all, and the other somehow got lost twice. I had to wait about 30 minutes but I placed my order an hour before. The reason why for all of this was because a bigger guy with glasses couldn’t take count ability and couldn’t think for himself. The only reason why I got my pizza the third time was because of the nice blond lady making the pizzas, The boy on the other hand needs to be fired.

I've ordered curbside and dine-in and the timing and service were good. The New York style pizza tastes awesome! But... This toilet represents what happens when greedy corporations make blind cutbacks! lol
Also, what condiments used to be in these trays? Like why are they here as teasers if they're empty? I want Parmesan and red pepper flecks, but there are none not even behind the counter because 5 years ago when this was bought by corporate they turned this place into a joke!
$20 for a small pizza and no condiments? That is insulting. Plus the indoor fireplace is broken. Honestly corporate got their priorities backwards, as these pictures go to show! Too busy counting pepperonies to see the bigger picture...that's why I'm writing this in hopes you SEE and READ and CHANGE FOR THE BETTER. It's the little things that chip away at integrity and destroy a business. John Taffer would be freaking out if he went to dine here. There's this beautiful picture window facing Hall Road and wonderful view...but half the tables are missing and condiments too!
Alongside one if not the busiest roads in Macomb County, M-59 Hall Road, and there's no ready made slices!? I bet business would double with a sign alongside Hall Road "$5 pepperoni or cheese slices, 3 for $10!" or let this place go to the dogs, and as it seems you've chosen the latter.
Have a nice day and for Christ's sake for Christmas fix the toilet seat for $20 and bring back the basic condiments every pizza place except dominoes in the world provides for free, or get rid of the dang empty stainless steel pans! What are they doing there if they're to remain empty? That's asinine!
The service was good, the pizza maker cordial, but the hollowed atmosphere leaves much to desire and makes the place look like they're getting ready to close for good.

Terrible store. Gave me food poisoning on multiple occasions and the manager of the store clearly doesn't care about his job. The store is disgusting and the workers are treated terribly. Food is disgusting, go to jets instead.
