We had a party of 14 and our server Danika was so gracious with everyone’s extra requests and movement around the restaurant. Thank you for accommodating our group. Host Utica was the perfect send-off for the final night of their holiday décor and menu—festive, buzzing, and honestly a total visual feast. Even though it was crowded and we didn’t have a reservation, we were seated at the bar and ended up having the best seat in the house.

We ordered the scallops and the pork tenderloin, plus a couple of bespoke drinks, and our bartender Val made our first visit truly exceptional. Val was fast, friendly, and so welcoming. She kept things moving smoothly while still making us feel taken care of (no small feat on a packed night).

The food was not only delicious, but beautifully plated. Everything looked as good as it tasted. Service was quick, the vibe was lively, and the holiday touches made it feel like dinner and a show. We’ll absolutely be back, preferably with a reservation next time… but if we end up at the bar again, we’ll consider it a win

As soon as we sat down the hostess mentioned that they were really booked and we only had 90 minutes at our table. Really?
Also the food was overrated!

Currently dining and cant say enough great things. From the host, to our server Sydney, to the helping hands who brought our drinks over 10 out of 10! I too work in the industry and to see a team work together so well and a manager on the floor being right where they needed to be was refreshing.(Emily i believe 😅) I shot off texts to five friends to dote on how great the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff are! Cant wait to come back! Hats off to whoever hired this group! 🥂

This was our first time here at Host. We love our server Danica. She was very attentive and brought us a treat for our friend birthday!
I really love the concept here with rotating chefs every 6-8 weeks. Definitely coming back for dinner.

My girl friend brought me here for my birthday for our first time and I could not have been happier! Valerie was our bartender she was knowledge and super kind! Thank you for the amazing dinner we will def be back with friends!

First time here, came for happy hour cocktails were really good. We really enjoyed our bartender named Vale so nice she made us feel very welcomed and rather to come back whenever in town. I had the chicken parmesan and my sister had The oaxtail Mostaccioli Both dishes were delicious I would definitely recommend this restaurant
