I am doordasher and I come here constantly and they always Mark the order complete 10 minutes before I'm even able to pick it up which affects my score especially when it's missing items and the customers won't respond via the app. It's against their policy, doordashes policy, to mark an order complete when it's not complete, it not only screws over doordash but the driver and the customer has to wait longer for their food. I understand that they're busy but they need to adhere to policies because I have a 99% rating and that 1% I'm missing are these companies constantly screwing over the system. Doordash needs to find them or remove their contract because they can't adhere to company policies and I know very well that they're screwing over multiple door Dashers and multiple customers have to wait a lot longer for their food. This is not just a one-time thing because I don't have the time to sit here and leave reviews but having to wait 10 to 20 minutes for an order I guess I do have time now I'm forced to cancel the order when something like this happens. It's a fact that if they Mark the order complete I cannot contact the customer via the app because the app is assuming that the order is complete when it's not complete. I don't know who owns or manages this restaurant but it needs to be restructured and it just opened.

The kids working the drive-thru had a horrible attitude after she couldn't figure out I wanted. Two chicken tender meals. Why she couldn't figure that out was beyond me. Poor attitude.

I go to Popeyes at this location every other month, but the service has gone down hill. - You are not greeted, it’s like they hate their job kind of attitude. - When you order a head of time, it is never ready, you have to wait a half an hour to almost an hour for your food. - The last couple times I didn’t received what I had ordered. - The last few times I ordered ahead of time, for some reason they do not fill the coleslaw containers. The large is 1/2 to 2/3s full and the regular 2/3s full. Like they are trying to save money on the customer’s dime or short in supply. The last time when I actually said something, the cashier gave an excuse as to why they were not filled, grabbed the containers threw them in the trash and made new ones, with the large again only 2/3s full.
I love the food, but wish they gave better customer service and actually give you what you pay for. It’s disappointing when I have to start checking the containers before leaving the restaurant to ensure they are properly filled, then have to deal with attitude from the staff.

I went through the drive through at this location and normally I don’t say anything when they miss a small item but this time I corrected them when they reported my order and they still got it wrong, I ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich, a large Mac and Cheese, a large Cajun Fry, a biscuit and a large coke, all I got was a small Mac even after I corrected the employee at the drive thru I didn’t get my fries even after my order was repeated to me correctly shit’s way too expensive for you guys to be missing items in an order I know you guys can do better, very disappointed

Unfortunately, our spicy chicken sandwiches had no spice. Cajun fries were hot and good. We don’t get to a Popeyes often so it was a bit disappointing. We did drive thru.

Okay so it’s Christmas Eve, and wanted lunch for me my mom and my brother and the lady said she didn’t want to make a lot because they were closing in thirty minutes????? Her voice sounded like she didn’t want to work at all. All I had was two chicken sandwich combos and I wanted mac and cheese with one of them and said “not gonna lie I don’t want to make a lot we’re closing in thirty”. You see I’m 19 and on behalf of my generation (whom I don’t associate with), I sincerely apologize. To whoever owns this store, you need to do a lot better and really take these reviews and shove them up your lousy ass. Get better managers too!!!!

Came here last week and ordered 2 meals, got pulled around to wait for my order to be done, just for them to forget half of the things in my order. I called, and they took my name and order down to replace it. Came back today and got my replacement order, took one bite, and the chicken was pink and raw inside. Crew has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. This store is in a great location and could be doing so much better if it had staff that even cared slightly.

It was my first time ever eating Popeyes. I asked for the classic chicken in my sandwich. I got spicy. My fries were cold and the girl at the drive thru threw my bag at me. Oh and I asked for a coke. I’m not sure what I got but it wasn’t Coke. A huge waste of $15.00
