I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the service I received was unacceptable. I have placed 3 or 4 online orders in the past using the Caviar option through Savory Grills website. The previous times there has never been an issue and I have been able to grab my food and leave. This time after ordering on Caviar and picking up my food, one of the ladies working behind the counter gave me an extremely hard time about picking up my order, being extremely rude and condescending towards me. Telling me that I’m the problem and saying I shouldn’t order through Caviar. Why is it an option on the website then?? Even after presenting the email I received for confirmation to her, apparently that wasn’t enough. I suppose this can be a lesson towards that staff to familiarize herself with their software and ordering systems. I understand that everybody has bad days but it’s no excuse to be rude to customers, I was extremely patient the whole time.

In Utica on business and found this gem. The food was amazing and the staff was warm and welcoming. Eating here felt like I was visiting family for dinner. The prices are great as well. Trust me, you can't go wrong at the Savory Grill.

Excellent breakfast and lunch menu! I had the Sicilian scramble and it tastes like an authentic pizza for breakfast! The service is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic! Will be back again for time to come!

This place has a rooftop section. It was very calm and peaceful, and you could feel the breeze. The service was extremely fast and the prices are fair. Totally worth it.

OK my 1st breakfast in Utica. Let me say I got the Savory breakfast with bacon, sausage n ham. With scrambled eggs. Was well cooked and scrumptious. Plus I stumbled upon a Bible study which in my eyes was perfect timing. Only minor drawback was no French Vanilla creamer or Sourdough toast. Very Good!
