We used to love coming here for a great burger, beer, and seasoned fries, but unfortunately, our last couple of visits have been disappointing. The burgers are now too small for the buns, the fries lack seasoning, and my soda was flat. Additionally, the service has been blunt and, in my opinion, rude. It feels like the quality has taken a significant downturn. What happened to the place we loved? Is it inflation, staffing issues, or something else?

Cool place. Good (not great) burger. Terrible service from waitress, awesome from the bartender. Overall, good value, but don't expect much from the service experience side.
First time here. Been hearing about this place on fb etc for a long time. Lots of parking on street and parking lot. They have outdoor patio seating as well. Got seated right away. Waitress kinda short abrupt not really friendly. My coke completely flat. Mozzarella sticks came out fast. But no plates. Plastic forks. No marinara. Usually they ask if you want ranch marinara etc. Sticks were fine.
Ordered burger and fries. Paper plates which were soggy. Soggy bun, too. Never filled my drink. The "seasoned" fries are salt and pepper.
Had to ask for a refill on my drink. Burger okay fries ok. final eval, its BASIC.
Bartender was great. Good personality friendly. Came to check on us frequently.

The place was awesome great burgers and extremely great prices. The wait staff was great me and my wife popped in for a beer and some food. We were greeted instantly when we walked in And we had drinks in front of us in about 2 minutes The food was awesome The burgers range from about 8 bucks to 12 bucks depending on what you order. The fries were like five bucks for a whole basket. They also have outdoor seating with a nice patio in downtown Utica which is great. Right down the street from Jimmy John's field. You could definitely sit out on the patio and watch the fireworks when the field is doing them. Could definitely bring children here. Not so much wheelchair friendly as there are a couple steps inside. Although I'm sure you can manage somehow. There are plenty of places to park around the back there's a big lot that you can park in down the road or you can get lucky and get a spot in downtown Utica. The service was fantastic The burgers were cooked to perfection and drinks were ice cold what more could you ask for. I'm definitely recommending this place and we will definitely be back You can't beat it.
