The same man he always there all by himself
The frist I notice he was on his cell phone so I thought he was going to go wash his hands he didn't he just grap plastic gloves another thing I notice bugs flying all over inside the glass where the cookies and the food vegetables after I left I open my sub all the vegetables were old soggy I couldn't finish my sub I felt really sick I threw everything away who ever the owner is needs to clean the place up stop serving people old food get rid of the Flys that's really nasty .

Ants on the wall!! Didn’t think anything of it and there were ants inside of my drink!! Absolutely disgusting made me sick to my stomach and makes me sick even typing this. Tried calling the store 8 times!! Nobody picked up I couldn’t even eat my food all I wanted was a refund but since nobody answer I can’t receive one

I told the gentleman I wished to use a coupon and he said ok. I held it in my hand the entire time I ordered and when I went to hand it to him / scan it he said that they don't accept coupons. I asked him he said ok and didn't say anything when he saw me standing there with the coupon and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that they don't accept coupons. Was not friendly, slow, and only had white and wheat bread available. Asked for extra pickles on one sandwich barely got any and portions in general were terrible compared to other locations. I will not return to this location.

Worst Subway I have been to in a long time. They only care about their bottom line and not their customers. I work all over Southeast Michigan. From Monroe to Lansing to Saginaw. I have hit many. These people need to sell their business or get business counselling. If you're too destitute to provide a common service for your customers in a franchise, then you should probably not be in a customer service based business. There is a Subway every 2 or 3 miles. The Subway franchise should excommunicate this one. I refuse to go here again. The last time I spent money at a business franchise similar to this one, was my first and last experience at that location. Needless to say they sold the business. I won't be going to this location when there are so many others that will suffice far better than this location. I recommend the ownership patronize other Subways at multiple locations and enlighten itself. It offers NOTHING.
