I told the gentleman I wished to use a coupon and he said ok. I held it in my hand the entire time I ordered and when I went to hand it to him / scan it he said that they don't accept coupons. I asked him he said ok and didn't say anything when he saw me standing there with the coupon and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that they don't accept coupons. Was not friendly, slow, and only had white and wheat bread available. Asked for extra pickles on one sandwich barely got any and portions in general were terrible compared to other locations. I will not return to this location.

Always great service at this subway. The owner knows me by now and when I walk in he just starts putting my order together, as I always get the same thing. Little things like that make it nice. ?

Worst Subway I have been to in a long time. They only care about their bottom line and not their customers. I work all over Southeast Michigan. From Monroe to Lansing to Saginaw. I have hit many. These people need to sell their business or get business counselling. If you're too destitute to provide a common service for your customers in a franchise, then you should probably not be in a customer service based business. There is a Subway every 2 or 3 miles. The Subway franchise should excommunicate this one. I refuse to go here again. The last time I spent money at a business franchise similar to this one, was my first and last experience at that location. Needless to say they sold the business. I won't be going to this location when there are so many others that will suffice far better than this location. I recommend the ownership patronize other Subways at multiple locations and enlighten itself. It offers NOTHING.

They removed my review proving how terrible their service and how cheap they are. Staff is rude, partial english, no hairnets, luckily they wore gloves. I asked for extra spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers on my tuna and this is what he gave me (look at pic) Clearly nothings changed at this place hence the 3.5 star its currently at and going to continue to degrade. Subway needs to remove these owners and or the site.

I watched the owner literally cut the tomato slices in half and divided between 2 footling sandwiches… VERY VERY CHEAP !!! I literally put every topping on mine. My wife got tuna with maybe 2 scoops in her footling. If you want the smallest sandwich come to this subway.
