Rice was not edible. The most disgusting rice I’ve ever had. Other food was ok. Not friendly either, won’t go back

God forbid you open doordash and decide this is what you want, apparently they'll shut down as soon as they get a doordash order or just up and deny your order.
Don't try calling either, they dont pick up their phone and they're full on voicemails so you can't even leave one.

For what its worth I used to really like this place and recommend them, when they were a functioning restaurant that is...

Don't order food from here. They will claim that your order was picked up by someone else if you order too late on door dash here. They wanna clean up and head home early so they lie about incoming orders and orders being stolen. That is ridiculous. But then again, look at the world

Wow, I am very impressed! I tried to call to place an order as this restaurant is right down the road from me, but there was no answer- I did however order it through doordash and it was the best crab rangoons, and peanut curry noodles ever. Made to perfection truly. Very quick and high quality food

I have given this place so much grace, I almost never write bad reviews, but this has gotten out of hand for me. I used to love their Pho, it was my favorite, and the last few times I’ve ordered it, it is SO salty, it’s legit dangerous. I am someone who salts potato chips so I am not sensitive to salt, but this broth is unbelievable. It legit burns your throat. Their broth is dark brown, pho is typically a clear, opaque broth. I’m not sure what they’re using to make this, but it is going to kill someone literally. After dashing pho today, I drove to the restaurant because I was over it at this point and the doors were locked. I am so disappointed and will not be giving this place a fourth chance.

Food is good, but there are way better Thai restaurants. This place was awesome when they first opened but they no longer even answer the phone to take carryout orders. You have to go through door dash. Service has gone way downhill. Won't be back.

I love their food, but they regularly have phone issues where they don't answer or have inaccurate website hours. Many times, I have to use an alternative restaraunt simply because I can't reach them.

We ordered from here for the first time last night. Two of our dishes had black hairs in them.

So naturally we stopped eating the rest of the food as well. Called the restaurant to let them know of this so they could check out the kitchen/make sure people are wearing coverings for their hair etc. and the front desk told us a manager wasn’t available but one could call us back. I left my name and number and haven’t heard back and it’s been a day. Also they never apologized and didn’t seem phased by the hair.

Will not be eating there again.

(Before we found the hairs, the food appeared fresh but the curries we ordered were bland and lacked depth of flavor…we love Thai food and this was not authentic)

Food was awesome!! Thank you for a delicious dinner. We'll definitely be eating here again! Just a heads up,probably a touch spicier than some other Thai restaurants. My nose is still running from my medium plus . This place rocks!!

Chicken was dry, tough and seemed old, Everything tasted like it was made with rancid or burnt oil.

I absolutely love them. I live down the street so I order them weekly. Tonight I was probably the last order of the night was so grateful they snuck me in after having a terrible day. I live for their brisket pho but also love their pad thai

Terrible experience. This restaurant allows online orders in the afternoon (1:00 PM) but doesn’t actually open the door until 4:30 PM. When I arrived, the front door was locked with a sign stating they don’t open until 4:30. When I asked for a refund, I was rudely told I should have “come around back”—something that was never communicated in the ordering process. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed me for not knowing their unlisted rules. Unprofessional and dishonest. Beware before ordering!

Very surprised because I have ordered it plenty of times. Beef pho broth was just brown water absolutely no flavor in it whatsoever. Called them up and they don’t even try the broth before they sell it plus they say it’s like a week old. Will not be ordering from here anymore over priced and food doesn’t taste good anyway.

If I could give less stars on the food I would. Ordered pad Thai and beef pad it was of a soup consistency. The beef was not beef. Hardly edible.
