The food is great. They replaced some of the food items with new ones that my family used to like but no complaints about that. The service was relatively quick. Went here on a half price day so our experience may be different but I don't recommend sitting by the bar if you don't like noise because it is right next to the games and people. It was very loud but you can't really expect much from a giant arcade. Overall a decent experience. 4.3/5

Service worker was a knight in shining armor. Person in front of me asked the same four question five times being a little meaner each time and he kept his cool and was nothing but kind and respectful towards her. great guy. food was quick and good as well.

This place is a complete dump. We walked in and it felt like a rainforest, the hallway carpets were all wet. It looked like rain came in, and nothing was done about it. No fans were running, the carpet was lifting which then caused tripping hazards. The room had floor moldings coming off the wall, along with the wallpaper. The closet door didn't fit properly so it kept coming off the tracks. The lights had cobwebs on them, they had a tall desk lamp that didn't work so they put another lamp right next to it that did. Our toilet kept giving us problems, and finally wouldn't flush and we went to get maintenance, but maintenance didn't come in until 10:00am. We were lower level and had a patio outside of our doorwall, the landscaping had not been taken care of in YEARS. All the weed block could be seen, there was no mulch and the weeds were overgrowing. There was a broken lamp post just laying along the walkway, and the patio and the chairs were just covered in dirt and debris. It was disgusting. The only positive thing about this stay was the gentlemen who was cooking the breakfast. He was sensational. Over worked , had no help and kept serving with a smile. The food was delicious, but I would never stay here again for the price they charge you. Definitely doesn't meet the Marriot standards.
Food wasn't bad but the service was abysmal. One bartender who was clearly new was overwhelmed by 6 customers
Is a worst games ever
The grounds, facility and the room was extremely clean. Also, the coffee was not good. The gym was nice.It has treadmills, elliptical machines as well as dumbells from 5 to 50. Don't stay on the freeway side, it can be noisy as night. Overall the property is above average. Oh yeah... The service was 5 ?.
We got to the hotel, to be told by the receptionist that, our room was cancelled by our 3rd party booking company. When we called Expedia they told us that they are unable to cancel reservations after they are booked and they didn't cancel it. They told Expedia, that we cancelled it earlier in the day (at a time where I couldn't have possibly done it, I was walking in a wedding.) We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night and ended up having to pay more. Then we had to fight to get our money back. This hotel didn't compensate us for any of this, when truly they just over booked their hotel. How horrible to treat people like this.
Booked room for our family of four to stay after a concert. Checked via the Bonvoy app, to save time. Got in and still had to do all the check in steps. Room was only prepped for two people to stay in. No coffee cups or coffee provided in the room. Cleaners left cleaning supplies in the room, bathroom moldy, and windows screens were damaged. No food service is available. Way over priced at $139/night.
We stayed here 5 years ago and it was great so when came back I thought it would be the same. Boy was I wrong! This place is a straight up dump! The lobby is clean but the elevator is disgusting ( see pics. Elevator carpet is green but brown from all the filth) The hallways were filthy and smelled. The room had dirty sheets, dirty blankets, the floors were sticky and the bathroom was moldy with hair from the last guests. The mirror had something brown all over and the curtains had stains. We went to front desk and asked to be moved and were told there were no other rooms. We were also told they had no cleaning staff so our room would not be cleaned and we could stay or not but they couldn’t do anything for us. We decided to leave but couldn’t find anything in the area with good reviews. We ended up getting new sheets and changing them ourselves, didn’t use blankets, went to the local target and got some bleach cleaner and cleaned the room ourselves. When we needed toilet paper or towels we had to go to front desk. And we paid for this!!! I don’t think we asked for much from this hotel. We needed a clean place to sleep and shower and they failed! Do not stay here!More

When I travel and am looking for moderately priced properties -- I usually can count on Marriott Courtyard or Hilton Garden Inns. Well -- I'm going to amend that to HGI going forward. This property did not live up to the standard. You can tell it has recently undergone a refresh -- but a refresh is not going to address skipping the basic fundamentals -- like emptying the trash containers at the entrance (saw the same overflowing trash for 4 days) -- vacuuming common areas -- perhaps washing the windows at the entrance and fitness center. Looked like all the previous construction dust was wet down on the windows and never cleaned. No towels at the pool -- and the manager was scrambling to provide one....one damp one for us when we had three swimmers. Room was generally clean -- but a constantly running toilet - and an extremely noisy wall HVAC unit, a remote with no batteries - and a lamp that looked like it got thrown out a window, broken elevator buttons - really stinky hallway smells -- and a glance at a hallway fire extinguisher last checked / serviced in 2018. Each item - not terrible -- but taken together it was death by a thousand cuts. No mention of any areas under still under contstruction -- but there were pictures for the property outdoor areas - that were not indicative of the current state of the property.
We booked two rooms in a block with a hockey team. The Marriott website indicates exterior construction. This is misleading. Exterior construction means many of the windows are boarded up, including rooms they are letting out. Air conditioners have birds' nests, and squawking will waken you. Nails litter the outside of the building. The indoor pool is part of the construction, and is a cesspool. Construction plans littered the lobby. The elevator worked part of the time, and sometimes the lights inside were out. The rooms must be next on the remodel, and are very outdated. My 13 year old had never seen such a "thick" flat screen. We probably had two of the better rooms (214 and 218), but even they were well below Marriott standards. The rooms were dirty. My door was smeared with grease (housekeeping did quickly clean it for me before ruining my jacket). The bathtub had hair that wasn't mine on the walls. The single pot coffee maker did not have mugs or coffee. The toiletries lacked lotion. It was like they didn't really expect guests to actually stay at this hotel. The rooms did not have safes, but I guess there was one at the front desk. We're Marriott Titanium Elite. I have never stayed at a more disappointing Marriott.
I stayed at this hotel several times, and the reason I keep coming back cause it’s the only Marriott in this area . It’s pretty bad !! I stay here cause I use my points , but I’m thinking to start staying at nearby hotels next time I come to the area . Room smell so bad ( mold , humidity, .. ) , carpet is disgusting , hallway is smelly .. I’m not a picky guest , but Marriott could do better than this .
Cash only all week. Is it that difficult to get the credit card machine fixed? Some of us have to use a corporate card for all travel expenses. Had to leave the hotel to get breakfast and dinner every day. Bistro was useless. Unappreciated hassle!
