Was served by a girl w green hair, she was absolutely lovely seemed really sympathetic when we raised an issue with our food. We’d been given the wrong order so she grabbed her manager who was snide and blunt with us. Just wanted some breakfast after a long shift, didn’t order the attitude.

horrible service. i’d rate it 0 stars if i could. the employees don’t know what they’re doing either fire them or train them better because that was ridiculous. i was at the drive through and the girl couldn’t understand anything i was saying so a guy came in and basically rushed everything i was saying. i pulled up to the window and he gave me attitude. once i got my drink it tasted horrible, so watered down and tasted like i was drinking liquid salami. i only got a tiny spray of whipped cream when i asked for it filled. i’m not happy

worst experience ever. i went here to get a pumpkin spice latte and some timbits and the workers did NOT know what they were doing. they could not understand us and were so rude. i asked for whipped cream on top of my iced latte, and they put the smallest amount you could imagine... not only that, but the pumpkin spice latte tasted TERRIBLE. i have tried one from a different Tim Hortons about a week ago and it was delicious- which is why i wanted it again. the only way i could describe the taste was raw meat. i really hope your workers can get the proper training they still need.

Worst experience I had ever had at Tim hortons. I made a mistake in the drive through and asked for a vanilla iced coffee when I wanted a hazelnut ice coffee and the manager started yelling at me bc “I’m wasting a coffee”. But I was still ordering and hadn’t even paid for the food yet. I left and went to Northern Grind right down the road! Their coffee and food is way better but a little more expensive! I hope the manager at Tim hortons has a better day (or not I don’t really care)

I never really have high expectations for Tims but will go because it's quick and down the street. Today I bit into a bagel with cream cheese and first bite was a chunk of plastic.. Almost choked & now I lost my appetite.
Never stop at this one but today it was on my way and I will never go back again spent $21 on coffees and food Ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted they did not toast it and it was cold I ordered a grilled cheese ( my kids favorite) we get them all the time from other Tim Hortons and they are amazing the cheese wasn’t melted it was cold one side wasn’t toasted and it was sour ( I did not have time to drive back we had to be somewhere at 8) completely disappointed and disgusted will never be back here

This is me and my mom’s favorite Tim Hortons. You guys make my iced capps the best, perfectly sweet and creamy. The whole staff is the sweetest, all so kind and welcoming and helpful. When my sister ordered her iced caramel macchiato they forgot her sweet cold foam, the young man instantly came back to the window saying “the cold foam!” and put it on top. Quick to fix any small mistakes! And the coffees are amazing as well. Loveee this location

There are many things I could say about this place, but I will only say a few. One thing that is horrible about this place is consistency. There is a 50/50 chance that they will not have what you are looking for and a very high chance it is low quality. Me and a friend came here, told the employee our whole order, and the at the end she told us they didn't have ANY of it. Another time we went, my friend ordered a donut. When it came out it was so hard you could have chipped a tooth on it. If they have what you are looking for and if it isn't old, it is a decent tim hortons. I would just recommend going to the tim hortons on 21 mile. That one I have no complaints about.

If I could I would give zero star, Very bad customer service, especially ( RANA). She need to be fired She’s very rude and she is unprofessional. I don’t know her personally and every time when she take my order throu drive-through she gave me an attitude and she get very rude and dis respectful , and she teach all the coworkers to be rude, she need to be fired from this place because she’s not good. And She let all customers run away from this place. ?
