This location is wonderful!! Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant and your food and drinks come out perfect! I always get a chipotle steak wrap when I visit Tim Hortons and this location makes them the best!

I’ve been craving a bagel with cream cheese for weeks so I finally caved. In the rare occasion I get one, I order a multigrain bagel toasted with cream cheese. It’s cold, chewy and hardly any cream cheese. This time I ordered a plain bagel double toasted and double cream cheese. It’s still cold, still chewy and I probably have enough cream cheese for two bagels.. it was almost $5 and I’m hungry so I guess I’ll eat what I can but ew! I think I’m done with this.. on the plus side, the service is always fast at this location.

Stop there every morning for 4 double doubles for work.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They cannot figure out how to give me my rewards for free items like I wanna get one free donut very disappointed in my service kept telling me I don’t know how to do it. Food was cold by the time they got it to me in complaining, I was asking too much because I wanted to buy one get one free donut to work. They said it’s not their fault. It’s not working. If you don’t want to wait on people and try to figure out how to do your job right and then don’t work with Customer Service or the restaurant industry

Stopped here to get donuts for my kids today. Donuts taste old and are gross. It was close to where I was so I figured I'd go there because it was right there. I should have drove to Zerillis. Same price, and 1000 times better. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The staff at this place are bad today I went to get my coffee it was a medium size with 2 creams with espresso they gave me my coffee without espresso and the coffee was cold they wanted the line to go fast they always do that😵💫
