Got 2 grilled Tubbys Famous today and they were awful. Bread was bad, almost no veg on it. Got a side of seasoned fries too and the bag was actually half empty, for almost $4! Not sure what’s up here but definitely won’t be back

Footlongs are hardly filled, total rip off!! just a big piece of bread with a small amount of filling enough to only fill a 4 inch sub not a footlong. Then they hardly put any dressing on it, couldn’t taste or see it. Customer service was not friendly or good.

We used to live about 1/2 mile from the Tubbys at 22 mile rd and Van Dyke in Shelby Twp and everything was always hot and delicious very consistent. Well we moved up north and I stop at Tubbys everytime we come downstate. A few weeks ago I had a medical procedure and we stopped at the Tubbys location #156 and I ordered my favorite cheeseburger sub and it was great. Again with the consistency. So I highly recommend Tubbys and I wish they had an up north location!!! Keep up the great work

me and my family are very regular customers at this tubbys and i would just like to say the service and people are amazing here whether you have Jordan, Diane, Melissa, or Becki or anyone else these people will treat you with kindness and like family and that’s just the customer interaction the food is always amazing (especially the hot subs and fried snacks) an amazing environment with delicious food i will always highly recommend:)

I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate and disappointing experience my husband had last night at your while visiting with our 5-year-old child. He specifically chose Tubby’s to share with our daughter how “Tubby’s subs are better than Subway.”
My husband placed an order for a sub with double meat and cheese, and the staff member taking the order confirmed it could be done with an upcharge. However, when the sub was served, it was clear that there was no extra meat. Assuming it was a mistake, my husband politely went to the counter to address it. Unfortunately, the situation escalated unnecessarily. When he explained that he didn’t receive the double meat he had paid for, the cook began yelling, claiming they “don’t do double meat” and insisted my husband had received what he ordered. My husband attempted to show the sub to clarify, but the cook refused to look, repeatedly saying, “I just cooked your sub; I don’t want to see it.” To make matters worse, the cook became aggressive, getting in my husband’s face in a way that seemed intended to provoke a confrontation—all of this happening in front of a child. This behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and frankly appalling.
Ultimately, my husband left without the issue being resolved, eating a sub that was practically meatless. While the quality of the food was disappointing, the real issue lies in the hostile and disrespectful treatment from your staff.
I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure no other customer is treated in this manner.

My dad and I went there on Nov 22nd 2024. We've been going there for years. I didn't get anything because I wasn't hungry. But my dad got his sub and asked if he could have a side of extra sauce. The guy wanted to charge my dad 50 cents for it. Never have we been charged with it. This guys name was Jordan. Well Jordan refused to give us the sauce for free and the other women there who we see alot kept telling him they never charge anyone for the sauce and to give him some. And I think a combination of my dad asking why Jordan was charging him for the sauce and the other women telling Jordan to give us the sauce broke Jordan. Randomly he started yelling at us saying to just pay it. And to get out of the store. And my dad wanted to pay for his sub but Jordan wouldn't let us. The women tried calming him down but he kept yelling at us. As my dad and I were leaving Jordan began yelling they he'll beat our asses and hop over the counter and stuff. I had to really talk my dad down because my dad wanted to go to the police department and report him for treating him becuase my dad just had open heart surgery and a couple good hits could probably kill him so he was scared. So it's not a bad place, food is good, but if you see this guy Jordan, don't ask for extra sauce.

Food was ok but customer service sucks. We ordered and paid for 4 ranch and were only given 2. When we came back up to the register she charged us for another one even though I told her we ordered four and argued with me saying I got my ranch. Ye I got 2 out of the 4 I paid for and I’m not really sure the ranch was worth you being rude to me for, maybe get an itemized receipt printer so I can show it to you instead of you telling me I’m a liar.
Had the mushroom steak and cheese jumbo. Always a favorite. Also had the side salad and the seasoned fries. All are delicious.

My coworker told me this was the Best Tubby's so I tried it out with him.Best Steak n Cheese I ever had .Fast service.Super cozy dine in.He was 100% right.
