We spent around $70 last night and food was missing from our order and the whole order was nasty worst experience I have ever had from Wendy’s and when we called to let them know, no one answered the phone, this place should be shut down. Very upset on the money we wasted and the quality of the food

My family got a late night meal, and it was the worst meal we have ever ordered! EVERY SINGLE ITEM THAT WE RECEIVED WAS HORRIBLE IN TASTE, APPEARANCE AND THERE WAS NUMEROUS ITEMS MISSING! Do not go to this Wendy’s! Horrible in every way!

Horrible experience. Staff was rude & dismissive towards us. We ordered $80 worth of food and they forgot half of it, it was all old & soggy, they didn’t give us the sauces or the crackers we asked for, no spoons for the frosty’s and no straws for the pop, no napkins… this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant in my entire life.

We’re moving and we needed something to eat late, we arrived there about 12:30. We were told “ I guess we have to drop more chicken now” pull up to the red gate and they’d bring it out the door, so we did and we waited for at least 15 mins for our food. We got home and both sandwiches had no toppings at all. so we called and Lele was beyond rude when we tried to advise our meal was half prepared and we had waited quite a while to receive it. I then tried to explain to her my order and time because she couldn’t find my order, but she interrupted me to say “we bout to close” I told her an apology would be appreciated for messing up my order. “I didn’t let her finish like she already said we bout to close so if you can’t get here in 4 minutes you can talk to the GM in the morning.” I was nothing but polite to her, I just thanked her and asked for the GMs name (Sean) to talk to in the AM. She could have taken my info down or something but she had no intention. When an order is incorrect the first thing that should happen is an apology. This used to be my favorite Wendys, I will not return. Over the last few months I have seen a serious decline in performance and attitude of employees, customer satisfaction, and food quality. There were 5 or 6 people in the back but it’s seems they were doing more socializing than working. It’s like they don’t care anymore.

Advertised is a toasted bun Jr Cheeseburger. I got a cold bun, cold unrelated cheese, and barely wrapped 5 sandwiches tossed in a bag. I won't be back

If I'm being honest the place is overpriced and disgusting was just trying to order and had to repeatedly say multiple times what I wanted and they still got it wrong and I wish I took a picture of the burger because now that I think about it it didn't look like it was cooked all the way and the lobby looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks despite there being a ton of people in the what looked like way to small back room and 18$ for 1 meal and 2 burgers..... yeah I'm not coming back

Usually this place is so shitty at night it’s unreal, but tonight was something completely different. Thank you to Dalisia, (not sure if I spelled that right) she made sure everything was fresh and had a one in a million personality. The rest of the staff needs to take notes!

Drive through he/she was so rude and purposely kept cutting me off while trying to order. Gave me the entirely wrong order and said it is what I ordered. I almost feel like he/she was doing it as a dare or a joke to make coworkers laugh. I will never ever go back to this restaurant not even for dog food
