I love White Castle. But I hate getting my order only to find out that they've been steamed after sitting around for a while. I can get that from the frozen ones at the grocery store. When I was a kid that came right off the grill. I don't know little paper plate. They were perfectly seasoned and the buns were just a little bit crispy around the edges. I haven't experienced that in fifteen or twenty years.

What a fun and different way to celebrate Valentine's Day. Boyfriend recieved email about it and it was an easy yes. Event seemed to run smooth and clean up between reservation like things were on top of.

S L O W E S T service anywhere in the lower 48. I honestly waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes late one evening ....with only one car ahead of me in the line. No, I don't know why I waited; I guess i was just wanted to get my belly bomb on that night.EDIT 2/24. 7 years later and nothing has changed. Still the slowest service anywhere regardless of the time of day.

I ordered 8 double cheese burgers and an order of mac and cheese bite and I waited in drive thru for 45 minutes today and of course my food was cold and the mac and cheese bites were fried in old oil so had a very rancid taste. Yuk! Horrible customer service as well. I was told that my order was taking so long because they were working on the large order behind me? What, that doesn't make any sense!!!

When it takes 25+ minutes to get fast food there is an issue this place is extremely slow the food is good but if you happen to pull in at the wrong time and it’s busy have fun trying to get your order I sat at this location for almost 30 minutes in the drive through. Very slow service.

When I said, this was one of the worst experience I’ve have ever had in my life I went through the drive-through I placed my order. They told me all they had was diet soda I said ok a orange juice then. When I get to the register, the young man open the window and he looking at me I’m looking at him, and he asked me where your money at instead of telling me my total, then, as we proceeded, he didn’t know how to work the Apple Pay. He was very nonchalant about the situation and did the order wrong. So another guy, a older gentleman tried to help him out and he was rude as well. I will never return to this establishment ever if I can give them a -10 I would if you don’t like your job, don’t work at these places.
