I have never actually been to the shop, and have only received there products as gifts. And I ALWAYS look forward to the chocolates as a gift. This is quite literally the only reason I will reserve a 5th star. I will have to make it a point to actually visit the storefront and see if the customer service matches the quality of the products! Needed some nice chocolates and was heading to St. Laurents Candy in Bay City but was hoping I didn't have to drive 35 miles...Googled candy near me and found Chocolates Galore in Vassar....great selection and service....shop local

Visited this store for the first time today for a Christmas gift for my wife and the staff was very friendly and the chocolates were delicious.
We ended up getting a selection for ourselves as well, they had a huge variety in chocolates.
