Disappointed by Ongoing Inconsistencies I used to enjoy Cottage Inn Pizza, but unfortunately, the experience has become increasingly hit-or-miss — and mostly a miss lately. The biggest issue is the inconsistency. You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes the pizza has a nice thick crust, other times it's paper-thin and overcooked, or doughy and undercooked. Same goes for the sauce — sometimes it tastes like decent pizza sauce, and other times it tastes like straight tomato paste, or there’s barely any sauce at all. Toppings are also all over the place — generous on one visit, barely there the next. The calzones are another gamble. They might look golden on top, but the bottoms are often soggy and underdone, like they were rushed out of the oven too soon. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not even be able to eat half of it. Even the salads, which you'd hope would be a safe bet, are disappointing. For $8, you get a small portion shoved into a Styrofoam burger container, mostly lettuce with a couple toppings thrown on as an afterthought. Definitely not worth the price. At the end of the day, it feels like your experience depends entirely on who's working that day — and that’s not the kind of reliability you want when you're ordering food. Cottage Inn could be great if they worked on consistency and quality control, but right now, it’s just a gamble I’m not willing to keep taking.

Growing up I loved cottage in pizza. It was a staple in my household growing up in Lansing. I remember begging my parents to get their bread sticks. But what is going on here. Almost every other cottage inn has their iconic bread sticks but this place. Their still decent but their grainy, don't have their iconic look or taste, and they are really just downright greasy.

We got a XL all meat pizza. First one was messed up, they told me to keep it and made a new one exactly as ordered in 10 minutes! I 100% recommend! Pizza is great and so is the cinnamon melts!

I usually have no bad complaints but I get tired of calling and all the phone does is ring and keep calling and still no answer and they are open so I do t get it update still no answer so now the owner is losing out on money sounds like there needs to be more than 1 person working so now another company will be getting my business today

Food was great. The delivery guy however, when he delivered the first time he was very rude. But the second time he had to come back because they forgot our drink, he proceeded to shove the 2 liter in my gf hands while SHAKING it and mumbling something. That’s highly disrespectful and honestly immature.

Terrible service for delivery orders. I am begging other pizza places in the Frankenmuth area to stay open later at least during the summer! You could bring in money just by having decent food and delivery! It's been 2 hours since I ordered and 2 phone calls later and still no pizza.
Food is decent staff can be pricks I was told not to call for delivery if I don't tip 😂😂😂 that right there is why and plus it takes 2hrs for your food to show up I don't recommend delivery for this place!!!!!! You're money will be appreciated else where
