Impressive! I just witnessed an elderly couple (must be regulars) who placed an order at the register but must have ordered something they don’t normally order because the manager came out to them and asked if they meant to order that item. It turns out the elderly woman made a mistake. Taco Bell fixed it for them. That’s great customer service right there!

I hate this place. First of you have to deal with AI in the drive thru. And that never works. And it’s apparently Taco Bell’s policy to make there customers walk inside. Instead of the drive thru. This place always sucks. No straw in the bag. Food sucks. This place sucks. Take pride in where you work even if you work at Taco Bell. Plus no sauce. And the food was made all wrong. Don’t go here people.

The Staff was very friendly and the grilled cheese burrito was absolutely delicioso, would recommend I had to compliment the chef
If you're planning on paying with cash do go inside they don't have time. Wasn't greated but was explained rudely that there's kiosk, to order and if we didn't know how to use it, someone would show us how. Made the comment well to bad we're using cash as we left and the lady at the counter than offered to take our order. I get you may not like your job so probably find a new one

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Nothing but problem after problem! Not only did my teenager get treated horribly because he paid with quarters a few days ago… I had an order tonight I placed for delivery and someone picked it up who WASNT supposed to and when my person got there to get it… it was gone and they basically told me oh well… that I had to go through the app and deal with customer service and cancel it to get a refund that could take 3-5 days!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Drive to Otisville or Birch Run because this place is TRASH!!
