We've been looking for a nearby Irish Restaurant and were surprised to find one in Vernon, Michigan! I enjoyed the Reuben with their house-made potato chips, and a 1/2 1/2 Harp/Guinness. My wife had the Scotch eggs and a side salad. All the food was great and we really enjoyed ourselves. We're making plans to return again real soon!!
Just moved back to the Mitten from Fl. Took my Best Friend who was visiting. I'm Irish, she's Italian and we have our fav. places for Irish food back by the Blue Water Bridge. We were both were impressed. I loved my Reuben! I can't wait to take Hubby.
This was my second time at Sherman's. I had the cod basket and it was excellent! I highly recommend it, the hand cut fries were also excellent. Very nice, clean, family oriented environment. This review was easily a 5 out of 5 until the last 10min of the night. I was finishing my drink and realized they were closing( i didn't know they closed at 10 it was only my 2nd time) at that point the cook started getting upset at me and I wasn't even sure why?
